Brenda Song defends Miley Cyrus

Miley CyrusJoe Jonas has already defended her, and now Miley Cyrus is also getting encouragement from someone else who knows what it’s like to be in the spotlight at a young age.

“Miley is probably the most charismatic and strong 15-year-old I know,” Brenda Song, 20, of Disney Channel’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, said. “She brushes everything off with a smile. She is truly a diva – in a very good way!”

Song, who was speaking at the 2008 JCPenney Asian Excellence Awards in Los Angeles, was also quick to defend the Hannah Montana star’s photos. “I love Miley. I think she’s a very talented actress and singer,” she said. “Whatever she does in her personal life is her personal life.”

    That Vanity Fair photo shoot is nothing compared to the things out these days. Stop getting on Miley for tiny things that won’t last half a year. She made a mistake. Everyone does. People r just making a big deal out of it cuz she’s extremely famous and a good role model.
