Music legend Lou Reed has married longterm girlfriend Laurie Anderson.
The Velvet Underground singer-guitarist, 66, and Anderson, 60, tied the knot in a “small, non-denominational ceremony in Boulder, Colorado, April 12,” his manager said in a statement.
Only two friends served as witnesses, as it was a “private and intimate ceremony,” adds the manager.
It was was reported recently that the couple celebrated in the Big Apple with The Diving Bell and Butterfly director Julian Schnabel and his wife, Olatz, limbo king Mike Quashie and Law & Order star Richard Belzer.
