Simon Cowell has always dreamed of being treated like royalty — and now he’s got his wish.

Determined to avoid getting mobbed by fans during the auditions for Britain’s Got Talent, the ‘American Idol’ judge, 48, insisted on having special parking privileges — so producers begged several local councils across the UK, and Simon got his way.

Simon demanded that his driver, Tony, waits for him outside the audition venues in his $400,000 Rolls-Royce while the auditions take place.

A source said: “Simon likes to get his own way and was adamant that Tony should be able to park the Roller right outside every theater.

“He hates walking anywhere and the idea of being mobbed fills him with fear.

“So we contacted all the relevant councils and asked them if they could make a special dispensation.

“The producers sorted it out verbally on the phone. Simon doesn’t have a special sticker or anything.

“It wasn’t always easy as only the Queen and senior members of the Royal Family get to park wherever they like.

“But I think many of the councils were grateful that Britain’s Got Talent was coming to their town so they helped us out.

“It was only for a few days at a time.”
