Star Jones is the reason I stopped watching the View a year or so before she left the show. I think she is ridiculous.

I did not watch the show when Rosie was on either. She is more than ridiculous.

But, I love to watch now with Whoopi on! It's the best daytime talk show!

I can't stand either one of them. Star lied about the way she lost weight. Sure she didn't have to say anything but then why say a lie? Star even lashed out at Rosie because Rosie suggested that Star was lying. Now BW is such fake and bake! The woman is a back stabber and obviously not even a good mother. Her daughter Jackie didn't talk to her for 8+ years!! And the View is not a show for women by women. It's a show for women by a Republican puppet master Bill Geddes.

I really don't what to think about Barbara at this point. It's obvious there's another side of her that we were all unaware of...I don't agree with her speaking out on Star and Rosie...those matters were under the rug and don't compare to the other major things that have happened in her career. While she was writing about those two, I would rather her talk about what kind of relationship she had with Fidel Castro. I feel bad for Star, yes she has made some decisions that were'nt the smartest, but it should not have cost her a hit on her career..we all make mistakes. I will probably watch the View no matter whose on at this point, but I think they finally got the chemistry together..Barb really could go ahead and retire..I won't cry. Go "AUDITION" for something else.

Facts: Star Jones did blantantly lie about her weight loss--can't blame that on BW. She reported pilates and portion control as the reason for her weight loss and persistantly denied surgery! Why lie about it and not tell your fans and public the truth. You don't like being in the public eye? Quit!!

BW is like everyone else in the world--human! She made a mistake in the 70's--over 30 years ago! Probably wasn't the only one she ever made and certainly not any worse than John Doe public! Nevertheless, she is a damn good reporter, and The View was a great show until Barbara made a fatal mistake and hired big mouth Rosie ODonnell who wants to do nothing more than shove her lesbian lifestyle down everyone's throats, as well as her strong views and opinions as opposed to those of others that live in this universe.

Star Jones was under no obligation whatsoever to inform anyone as to how she lost weight. It was no one's business but hers. I am not a fan of Star Jones but I agree with her 100%. Why Barbara Walters felt the need to tarnish her image by admitting to an adulterous affair and then breaching employer/employee privacy is beyond me. She does not need the money, so obviously she needs the attention. Until this week I thought B.W. was a class act, but not anymore. I watched The View yesterday and felt like gagging watching the ladies fawn all over B.W. I watched Oprah and all B.W. talked about was her affair and the co-hosts, and oh, the importance of herself. It was truly sickening.

Star Jones didn't have to tell anyone how she lost weight and I keep asking what does it matter? It is very sad that all this is old news about her weight lost and yet people are still discussing it today. There are so many things that are going on today in the world and all people want to do is focus on Star Jones lied about her weight lost. Who cares how she did it, the point is that she did it and she looks great. Far as Barbara Walters, she is a home wreaker I never cared for her interviews and I wonder if people will still praise her after knowning she had an affair? I can answer that, I say no because that is just the type of world we live in today. (Read between the lines). Anyhow, Star you are doing great, remember dont no one monkey stops the show, you go girl and continue your success and let the haters hate on. I love the great work you are doing, and this is your time to shine. You look great thank you for being you.

Star Jones is just a poor loser. She may have lost weight but wasn't honest about her means of doing so. The View, (and probably her husband too) are better off without her, and her negative energy. Babara may not be perfect, but she sure made the right decision to remove her from the show.
