Last week, troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was reportedly forced to take a drug by staff at her Utah rehab facility. The actress was allegedly caught taking drugs and having sex with a male patient. According to reports the drug test results have come back, and they are positive.

“During the test Lindsay screamed and cursed at the medical director before storming out of the room,” a source says. The rehab facility threatened to kick the ‘Mean Girls’ star out if she could not continue to stay clean.

Just last week Lohan was sentenced to one day in jail and is required to complete a drug treatment program. She pleaded no contest to two DUI charges and possession of cocaine.

Bollywood star Salman Khan was released from prison on Friday, after the court granted him bail. Khan was sent to jail last week after being convicted of illegally killing wildlife. The 41-year-old actor was sentenced to five years in prison but has appealed the conviction.

Khan’s case is scheduled to be heard on October 24. His lawyers and friends picked him up from the prison on Friday and took him to an airport so he could fly to his hometown of Mumbai.

Khan is accused of shooting endangered antelope while filming a movie in 1998. He has been convicted in one other poaching case. Khan also faces charges or manslaughter after one person was killed and four injured in an accident on the road.

Actress Geena Davis is reportedly suing an advocacy group for taking her idea for a charity foundation. Davis is accusing the Minnesota-based charity of promoting her idea as their own, and using her name and picture without her consent.

Davis filed court papers this week against Joseph Kelly and Nancy Gruver, owners of the Dads & Daughters organization. She alleges they took her idea for the See Jane Foundation and used her name and picture to promote Dads & Daughters.

Davis also claims Kelly and Gruver agreed to be the See Jane Foundations financial sponsors but have told others they owned the project.

Davis most recently starred in ‘Commander in Chief,’ a series on ABC.

Drew Lachey, who won the second season of ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ is set to host a spin off of the ABC hit.

‘Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann’ will be another talent competition in which Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli, two ‘Dancing with the Stars’ judges, will compete to form “the ultimate dance team.”

On Thursday, ABC announced the six week series will debut in the winter. In September Bruno and Carrie Ann will begin their search for amateur male and female dancers to be on the show. Auditions will be held in New York, Nashville, and Los Angeles.

Actress Angelina Jolie has admitted that partner, actor Brad Pitt was ‘really turned on’ when she was pregnant. Jolie gave birth to their daughter Shiloh in May 2006 while in Namibia and says she loved being pregnant.

“I loved being pregnant and fortunately I was with a man who found it sexy, too,” Jolie says. “In the weeks before the birth we’d have dinner in the dunes by candlelight. We would have tents out there and we had the ocean.”

Jolie admits she is most turned on when she watches Pitt taking care of their children. Besides Shiloh the couple has three other children; Maddox, Zahara, and Pax. Maddox was adopted from Cambodia, Zahara from Ethiopia, and Pax from Vietnam.

“I’m so happy for my children – especially Maddox. I didn’t know if he was ever going to have a dad. So when I watch him and Brad having real father-and –son time it’s hot,” Jolie adds. “I mean, there’s nothing sexier than a man who is a great father.”

Troubled “pop princess” Britney Spears has finally decided to action, and fight back against her wannabe rapper of an ex-husband- she has reportedly hired a private investigator to watch Kevin Federline.

Spears and Federline are currently embroiled in a messy custody battle over their two sons. Kevin Federline has subpoenaed several people close to Spears including her former assistant, manager, bodyguard and cousin. They will testify in court on Spears’ mothering skills.

Spears has reportedly hired Lisa Javoric, a private investigator – as she tries to build her case against Federline. Javoric and her team recently followed Federline to Las Vegas where he partied at a hotel.

“The detective watched him intently as Kevin partied in public areas of the hotel. He made a note of everyone who went into his suite,” a source says.

Spears and Federline have joint custody of the young boys, but Federline is now seeking primary custody. Spears is being investigated for child abuse as someone filed a complaint about the boys hygiene, and their bad eating and sleeping habits.
