Kylie Mingoue is planning to buy a home near her boyfriend, Andres Velencoso’s family.

The happy couple are reportedly househunting in Costa Brava resort Tossa De Mar, near where Velencoso’s sisters and widowed dad live.

“Things are going really well between Kylie and Andres and she has been spending a lot of time in Spain,” a source said. “As well as golf, his other passion is scuba-diving, and there are great dive sites at Tossa which he and Kylie have been exploring.

“He lives in New York but goes home at least once a month so it makes sense for them to have a base there.

“Kylie also wants to learn Spanish and has been following DVDs. But having a house in Spain will make things easier.”

Simon Cowell has vowed to put Britain’s Got Talent star Susan Boyle on American TV — if she wins the smash hit show.

The music mogul, 49, is keen for Boyle to wow US audiences.

“I would say to anybody who won the British show that we guarantee them a spot on the American show,” Cowell told The Sun. “I think that’s a great incentive. So if it is Susan, yes.”

Cowell also revealed that Susan has not impressed him with her makeover of dyed brown hair, waxed eyebrows and a facial.

“Oh, my God,” he said. “She and I might have to have a little conversation in the next day or so. What I loved about her was the fact that she had no sense of awareness about what she looks like and actually doesn’t care.

“Susan has four weeks to prepare for the biggest night of her life. She has got to sing better than she ever sang before.”

Robert Pattinson celebrated the release of Twilight on DVD by visiting his local Blockbuster.

The British actor — who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the smash hit movie franchise — says he managed to go unnoticed in the video store, even though it was packed with Twilight fans.

“I had forgotten it was being released that day,” said the 22-year-old. “There were two families who had come with eight-or-nine-year old-daughters to get their DVD.

“They were standing in the line crying, and I stood watching what all this commotion was about.

“They didn’t now I was there or anything, and I was just thinking, ‘Wow, you’re crying about a DVD.’ It’s fascinating.”

Heidi Klum admits she was “surprised” when her husband, Seal, announced that she was pregnant.

The Killer hitmaker — who raises three children with the Project Runway host — told the audience during his performance at New York’s Radio City Music Hall earlier this month that he was to be a dad again.

And Klum admits her hubby’s announcement caught her off guard.

“It kind of came out faster than I wanted it to,” she told US TV show Extra. “My husband kind of surprised me and everybody at one of his concerts. He was just on tour so he kind of told everybody.

“He’s allowed to, obviously. We’re very excited.”

“I do feel full of energy,” the 35-year-old added. “I do go to bed very early. Nothing to do with the pregnancy now. It has to do with having three small children at home.”

Madonna is facing another battle in her bid to adopt Malawian tot Mercy James — her dad last night launched a legal bid for full custody.

James Kambewa, 24, who has never met Mercy, has written to the Human Rights Consultative Committee — which opposes Madonna’s bid — objecting to the adoption.

He said, “She is my daughter. Madonna has millions but that doesn’t make her a good mum. Parental love is worth more than money.

“She doesn’t portray good morals. How can a woman of 50 dance almost naked on stage? In Malawi, women respect themselves.”

Mercy, 4, has been at Kondanani orphanage since mum Mwandida Maunde, 18, died after giving birth.

A court has already denied the Holiday hitmaker the chance to adopt her, but Madonna is said to be confident of overturning that ruling at an appeal on Monday.

The British songstress had gone for a pleasant early-morning trot in LA when her stallion — a birthday present from pals — suddenly turned on her.

“Leona has been riding since she was a child and has never had a fear of horses,” a source told the Daily Mirror. “So she was really shaken up when the horse turned on her.

“Something startled the horse and it flicked its head back and smacked Leona full in the face.

“She was knocked flying by the force of it. Everyone rushed over to see if she was OK, she was holding her face in agony.

“Thankfully she didn’t need any surgery, but she was told to stay at home and rest just in case she passed out with concussion.

“She doesn’t blame the horse though — it was just one of those things.

“She had been due in the studio to record, but she felt shaken up so they had to cancel.

Jennifer Aniston isn’t planning to adopt a child, despite reports to the contrary.

Star magazine claimed Wednesday that Aniston — who is divorced from Brad Pitt and single after recently splitting from beau John Mayer — had started the adoption process with an agency in California — and was planning to take home a baby boy.

“She doesn’t want to wait,” a source said. “Her best friends all have kids, and Jen sees how much motherhood changed their lives for the best.

“She’s dying to have that!”

But a source close to Aniston has spoken out to debunk the claims, telling Us Weekly magazine, “They are completely wrong.”

Aniston, 40, has previously spoken of her desire to start a family.

“The women who inspire me are the ones with families and children and who keep on working. Why would I wish to limit myself?” she said in March. “I want to have it all. At the moment, I’m doing pretty well. Were there times when I had a little ‘pity party’ for myself? Of course. Who hasn’t done that?”
