BEYONCE Knowles and her husband Jay-Z are trying for a baby, it has been claimed.

According to the New York Daily News, Jay let slip his and Knowles’ family plans during a conversation with Gotham magazine editor in chief Cristina Greeven Cuomo.

The couple — who have been together for several years — wed in secret on April 4, 2008.

Knowles, 28, has previously admitted she’s terrified of becoming a mom.

“I’m terrified of having a child,” she said in December last year. “No way!

“I’m terrified of delivering a child because I saw my nephew being born. That traumatized me.

“I’m only 27. I’ve got time.”

BEYONCE Knowles, Lady GaGa and Eminem were among the winners at last night’s MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin.

Knowles took home gongs for Best Song for her track Halo, Best Video for her hit record Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) and the Best Female Singer.

GaGa — who was nominated for five awards — was named Best New Act, while Eminem was named Best Male.

Rockers Kings of Leon left empty handed despite also being nominated for five prizes.

However, the night was deemed a huge success by rapper Jay-Z, who won the Best Urban award and Irish rock band U2, who were given the Best Live Act award.

The renowned music acts raced to the ceremony together after the US superstar made a surprise on-stage appearance with the rockers in front of 10,000 fans at Brandenburg Gate.

LADY GaGa says she “adores” Beyonce.

The Love Game singer, 23, says she bonded with the Single Ladies hitmaker when the pair collaborated on Beyonce’s new single Video Phone.

“I had kind of lost faith a little bit in meeting artists in the business — and then I met Beyonce,” Gaga told MTV. “You know she is such a beautiful person, and I gotta tell you, I just adore her.

“She is a real, real woman. I have never laughed so hard on a video set in my life. We had the best time doing Video Phone.”

GaGa recently revealed that her quirky image was inspired by British rocker David Bowie.

“I used to like sit in my apartment for hours and do his make-up on myself over and over again,” she said.

Beyonce Knowles has postponed a concert in Malaysia after the country’s Muslim population complained her show is “immoral”.

The Sweet Dreams singer reportedly decided to delay taking her I Am… Sasha Fierce tour — originally due to arrive in capital Kuala Lumpur on October 25 — to the conservative country after the Malaysian Islamic Party lodged a complaint about her “Western sexy performance”.

Show organizer Marctensia confirmed the concert had been postponed indefinitely, but denied Beyonce had given in to religious pressures.

“The postponement was solely the decision of the artist and has nothing to do with other external reasons,” a statement said.

Malaysian law requires female artists to cover up from shoulder to knee, with no cleavage on display.

It’s not the first time Beyonce — who is famous for her sexy stage outfits and raunchy dance moves — has been targeted by clerics in the Asian country.

She canceled a Malaysian concert in 2007 after the same political party threatened to protest outside the show venue.

“That is not true,” she laughed. “I don’t get on the treadmill wearing high heels. That is ridiculous, but it is true that my dance choreography is practiced while wearing heels.

“There’s one rule that all of my dancers try to abide by and that’s to wear heels at all times when going through our dance routine and I can imagine a lot of them saying ‘I hope Beyonce is late today,’ because we practice all day 12 hours at a time for two months prior to a tour.

“When our sessions are over we get blisters on our feet and we wear them like badges of honor.”

So how does the Sweet Dreams singer relax when she’s not on the road?

“I’m the type of person who either does everything or does nothing,” Beyonce said.

“I tend to do nothing after I’ve done everything as perfectly as I can. I get some rest sitting on a beach with a nice book and stop answering phone calls, but when I’m working, I work very hard.”

Meanwhile, the former Destiny’s Child star has revealed that she enjoys riding her bike when she’s on tour.

Apple, five, and Moses, three — the actress’ kids with her Coldplay rocker husband Chris Martin – are apparently big fans of the former Destiny’s Child star, who is married to rapper Jay-Z.

“Apple always refers to Beyonce as Aunt B,” a source told BettyConfidential. “If she’s looking at the TV or a magazine she’ll always get Gwyn’s attention and say: ‘Look at Aunt B!’

Beyonce has finally spoken out about the night Kanye West crashed Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV VMAs in September.

Kanye came under fire for storming the stage during Swift’s big moment as she was being presented with the Best Female Video prize.

The rapper grabbed the microphone and told the star-studded audience that Beyonce should have won.  “Yo Taylor,” Kanye said, “I’m really happy for you and I’ma let you finish, but Beyonce has one of the best videos of all time!”

West has since apologized for his actions.

Speaking to Gayle King at the recent Billboard Women In Music event, Beyonce said, “Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he’s like, ‘You have this award’.

“And when they didn’t call my name he was, like, completely shocked. And when he walked on the stage, I was like, ‘No, no, no!’ and then he spoke, and I was like, ‘Oh, no, no, no!’”

“But in the end, it ended up being a great night, and Taylor Swift did get her moment — and I didn’t have to make an acceptance speech.”

Beyonce Knowles is grateful she’s got enough money to employ her own chef — because she’s a “disaster” in the kitchen!

“I love ordering room service in hotels,” she said. “I know the menu of certain hotel chains by heart, so whenever I arrive in a particular city I look forward to this sandwich, or that salad.”
