Rumors that Angelina Jolie is pregnant have surfaced once again — but this time, the news is that she doesn’t know who the father is!

A source close to the Tomb Raider star — who raises six children with partner Brad Pitt (three adopted; three biological) — has told blogger Ian Halperin that Jolie is definitely expecting.

“Ian, I promise you she’s pregnant,” the insider said. “They’re being quiet about it for now.”

The friend also revealed that Jolie and Pitt came to blows because they were not sure who the father is. “They didn’t know,” the source dished. “Brad and Angie were apart and did not have sex in quite some time. Tests are being done. I hope Brad is the dad.  If he isn’t I can assure you that their relationship is definitely over.”

Pitt — who was in Cannes last week to promote his new movie — recently insisted his relationship with Jolie was fine, and hinted that the couple would like another child. “They’re all [his children] fantastic and we would love another. Who knows,” Brad said.

Brad Pitt is set to launch an all out offensive in a bid to prove he and Angelina Jolie are still in love.

The actor has told Angelina he wants her with him for his promotional duties for his new Quentin Tarrantino movie Inglourious Basterds as a way of hitting back at the gossip around them.

“Brad made a point at Cannes to show he and Angelina are very much in love and together and he plans to do the same while promoting this movie elsewhere,” reports a source close to the couple. “They are very aware of the effect all the talk of their so-called relationship troubles has on their kids and this is one way to show a united front.

“They are both so supportive of each other anyway but they are making an extra effort to be seen as the perfect couple.”

While in Cannes, Pitt, 45, told reporters that he is “in love and I have the most beautiful family — what else can a guy want? I am the happiest man ever.”

The actor, currently in Cannes promoting his new Quentin Tarantino flick Inglourious Basterds, told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper that he couldn’t be happier with Jolie, with whom he raises six children.

“I am in love and I have the most beautiful family — what else can a guy want? I am the happiest man ever,” he said.

“My daughter from Africa is beautiful. We’re so lucky to have her and to have children from around the world.

“They’re all fantastic and we would love another. Who knows, maybe we’ll have one in London, I’d like that.”

In a previous interview with American TV program The Today Show, Pitt said, “Let me be the cliché, it’s really rewarding. It’s really been about discovery, and finding new things and new things of interest. And the kids are certainly responsible for a lot of that. I’m right in the zone. One of the most on-track [times of my life].”
