IT looks like Drew Barrymore’s on-again-off-again romance with beau Justin Long could be off again!

According to American tabloid Star, the He’s Just Not That Into You actress booted Long from her  four-bedroom Hollywood Hills home in early November.

“Drew really had it with being Justin’s babysitter at home,” a source told the mag. “And it’s not just that he made a mess, it’s his attitude.

“He gets mopey and is a big-time couch potato. She isn’t thrilled about seeing this side of him.

“Drew hadn’t figured Justin to be a slob, but he started acting like a frat boy and left his stuff all over the place and never straightened up after himself.

“It drove her nuts!

“She gently told Justin that things would be better between them if he moved back to his own place.

“Then it would be special when they’re together — they wouldn’t feel like an old married couple.

“It was really the wake up call Justin needed. He knows Drew’s a great girl. He’s going to do everything he can to make her happy.”

The He’s Just Not That Into You actress donned her skates alongside Lewis and Juno star Ellen Page for the roller derby film, which also marked her directorial debut.

“In one scene I wrestle Juliette Lewis,” Barrymore, 34, told Britain’s Empire magazine. “Her skate and both our body weights were on my thigh, so I ended up with a bruise a foot long and a foot wide.

“There’s nothing hotter than a girl fight.”

Barrymore recently revealed that she’s motivated by fear.

“I don’t want to just be comfortable and stick to things I know how to do, because they’re easier,” she said. “I want to do those where I have to ask myself ‘I really don’t know if I can pull this off or not’.

“Living in that fear is very motivating — it’s very unsettling, but it’s very motivating.”

Drew Barrymore isn’t afraid to take her career in different directions.

The actress — who makes her directorial debut with new movie Whip It, starring Ellen Page — says it is the fear of failing that drives her to trying something new.

“I don’t want to just be comfortable and stick to things I know how to do, because they’re easier,” she said. “I want to do those where I have to ask myself ‘I really don’t know if I can pull this off or not’.

“Living in that fear is very motivating — it’s very unsettling, but it’s very motivating.”

Barrymore, 34, recently revealed that she’d love nothing more than to take a vacation — but she can’t stop herself from working!

“My flaw that I’d like to make peace with is to take a vacation,” she said. “So, if I do that this Fall you’ll know that I’ve done something for the first time in three years that I have not done.”

Ellen Page has told how she was left battered and bruised after making a movie with Drew Barrymore.

The Juno actress — who stars in Barrymore’s new flick Whip It – says she ended up in agony after Drew got over-excited and punched her during one of the action scenes.

“I got more bruised from being punched in the arm by Drew than from roller derby because we had a female fight club going on,” said Page.

“That kind of was going on through the whole movie and I had more bruises on my arms because when I watch the movie, you can tell in some of the beauty pageant scenes that there’s makeup covering bruises, and you just think it’s from derby. No, it’s from being punched by Drew. But we all, punched each other. Long hours make one a loopy gal.”

“We were wrestling and rolling around on the track, one of our skates and both our body weights were on my thigh,” she said. “I had a bruise that was a foot long and a foot wide. My entire leg was covered.”

Whip It, which stars Barrymore and Juno star Ellen Page, is all about a mother-daughter relationship.

“Whip It is an irreverent sports comedy, but it’s also a movie about trying to figure it out with your parents – which is something I could really relate to,” said Drew, who legally emancipated herself from her parents when she was 17 and has barely spoken to mom Jaid since. “It hasn’t helped me in my relationship with my mother, no not yet.”

Drew recently revealed that the movie, which marks her debut as a director, was difficult to make — because she didn’t want it to end up being “just another” chick flick..

“Yeah, I didn’t want it to be just another chick flick,” she said. “I wanted it to stay true to girl empowerment. I wanted to make something that was also irreverent and relevant for boys.

“I wanted it to be emotional and yet romantic and also have action and have girls doing things you’d normally see boys do. That wasn’t easy.”

Whip It hit US movie theaters on October 2.

“But for the last few years, my life just hasn’t been about that for me. It’s just not about the mother baggage. It’s not about the boy. It’s about something completely different, and it’s very refreshing. I’m trying to understand it and relish it.”

Drew Barrymore didn’t lose weight filming her new movie Whip It! — but she managed to turn her fat into muscle!

The actress says she is more toned than ever and is doing her best to stay that way.

“I didn’t really lose weight,” explains Drew. “I stayed the same weight but my fat turned into muscle which is really awesome.

“Then when you stop exercising you muscle turns back into fat which is kind of a bummer so I work out when I can and eat what I want because I want to keep my muscles. They’re sexy!”

Barrymore recently revealed she’s proud of Whip It! — which marks her directorial debut.

“I like to see girls do what boys do,” she said. “I like for girls to be capable, athletic and empowered. But I also like to see girls being supportive of each other.

“Filming action and stunts is a really challenging thing because there is so much to think about it’s like conducting a symphony. But we did it for this film and I am so proud of it.”
