VICTORIA Beckham wants to dress Emma Watson.

The singer-turned fashion designer says her dream client would be the stylish Harry Potter actress.

In the latest issue of British Harper’s Bazaar, Beckham describes Watson, 19, as “so sweet, so true to herself,” adding, “There are so many young girls wearing too much make-up, too much hairspray — I find that very dated.”

Beckham says she’s also a fan of Kate Bosworth, Charlize Theron and Angelina Jolie’s style.

“I think Angelina’s beautiful,” she said.

EMMA Watson’s boyfriend Jay Barrymore is reportedly planning to move to America to be with the actress while she studies at university.

The Harry Potter star, 19, moved to Rhode Island in the summer to start studying literature at Brown University and Jay has flown out several times to visit her.

“Jay is planning to move out there as soon as possible,” a source told a British newspaper. “He is convinced that if he doesn’t then an American hunk will try to sweep her off of her feet.

“Emma is finding it tough to combine a normal life with her studies, so has decided she will only act and model during her holidays or when it’s necessary. She wants as near a normal life as possible.”

Emma recently admitted she doesn’t like talking to the media about her 25-year-old beau.

“Actually I’m les,” she joked when asked about her love live. “No, I have a boyfriend who I hide. He’s locked in my cupboard at home. I try and keep my work separate from my private life so that’s the best place for him.”

Emma Watson is being stalked — at university!

The Harry Potter star is currently attending Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

She reportedly become a victim of “an orchestrated campaign of Ivy League harassment” as Harvard beat Brown 24-21 in Cambridge last weekend.

Watson was targeted by students from the monthly Harvard Voice magazine, who recorded the actress’ whereabouts during the game via Twitter.

Before the game, a blog post on the mag’s website said, “We will be Live-Tweetin’ the game and possibly stalking Emma Watson, so keep your eyes peeled for that, too!”

In one message on Twitter, they wrote, “Let’s go Hermione! Lolz,” in reference to her character in Harry Potter.

Another said, “EMMA WATSON HAS BEEN SPOTTED!!!”

The Harvard Voice also posted a picture of Watson on its Web site and proclaimed its stalking mission a “success.”

Some readers were furious. “There is a locatable cause of Watson’s experience at Harvard Stadium and a blameworthy party,” read one online rebuke. “Anybody can do anything unfeelingly to anybody in this day and age, especially if they feel imbued with entitlement from membership in Harvard College.”

The Voice eventually attached an editor’s note to its post of Watson’s photo, saying, “There seems to be much ado about nothing over this photo and liveblog. Understand that these live tweets were made to be intentionally outrageous and overblown.”

Emma, 19, has previously said she wants her time at uni to be as normal as possible.

“Until something comes along that I feel strongly about, like Hermione, I don’t want to act again,” she said in September.

“I probably sound like a paranoid nut, but I’m doing this because I want to be normal. I really want anonymity.”

Emma Watson couldn’t help but laugh when her boyfriend Jay Barrymore got cheeky with Vogue editor Anna Wintour.

The Harry Potter star chatted to the famously icy Wintour at the Burberry bash at London Fashion Week — and Barrymore kept blowing her kisses!

“Jay was surreptitiously blowing her kisses,” an onlooker said.

“Emma was trying not to giggle but then Anna looked up and shot him a look of sheer loathing.”

Watson, 19 — who is worth an estimated $20 million — recently revealed that she doesn’t have time spend her money.

“I really don’t have time to spend my money,” she told Britain’s Sunday Mirror newspaper in a new interview. “Sometimes my bank manager calls me up to say, ‘You haven’t used your card in a while and now you’re using it — no one’s stolen it, have they?’

“I’d just like to pretend the money doesn’t exist. It’s amazing how many children are aware from such a young age about money being important. Kids used to say to me, ‘You the girl on Harry Potter? How much do you make?’”

Emma Watson’s latest role is a stark contrast from that of the magical Hermione Granger — she’s just become a student!

The British actress has just started an English Literature course at renowned Brown University in Rhode Island.

Emma Watson is set to branch out from her Hollywood career — by launching her own ethical fashion label, according to reports.

The Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince star is close to securing a deal with Fairtrade company People Tree to create a teenage clothing line, which she hopes to launch later this year.

Emma — who was recently unveiled as the face of British fashion house Burbery — has previously said she is not a fan of celebrities cashing in on their names.

But a source close to the young star told Britain’s Daily Mail, “She’s a big supporter of ethical concepts so liked the idea of this.

“There’s also a lot of interest from other influential brands since her success as the face of Burberry.

“Acting is always going to take priority, but she’s keen to branch out.”

A spokesperson for the actress said, “Emma supports many Fairtrade organisations but has no formal relationship with any company.”

Emma Watson will be attending Brown University in Providence, R.I., she has confirmed.

Speaking to Paste magazine, the actress, 19, revealed that she’ll be reading literature at the prestigious establishment.

“I am [going to university in the Fall] — to Brown, which is an Ivy League establishment in the U.S.A. I’ve got a place there to read literature,” she said.

Ever since Watson went on a tour of Ivy League schools in October, speculation has circulated about where she was going to college. Rumors included Yale and Cambridge, and Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper recently linked her to Columbia University.

Watson — who can currently be seen starring in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince — recently joked that she keeps her boyfriend, Jay Barrymore, locked in a cupboard.

Don’t expect to see Emma Watson launching her own range of perfume!

The Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince star is against such a venture.

“The idea of making my own perfume makes me want to vomit,” the 19-year-old actress told WWD.

What about her own fashion line? “I’m really not interested in doing it for my own ego,” she said. “I’m not a designer.

“If someone asked me to do something that was beneficial to a cause, then maybe I’d consider it, but not just [to be able to say] ‘Look at me! I’ve got my own line!’”

On college, “The whole reason I’m going is to try and be normal for a bit. I’m wondering if it was a mistake not to talk about where I’m going. Maybe it would have been better if I’d just said.”

On life after Potter, “I’m really relaxed. I’m not desperate to take on a really adult role. I’m happy to work on whatever comes along.”

On red carpets, “You feel like you’re gearing up for a marathon. I’ve really enjoyed having personal relationships with designers. It’s amazing to be able to go to them directly.”
