IT looks like Drew Barrymore’s on-again-off-again romance with beau Justin Long could be off again!

According to American tabloid Star, the He’s Just Not That Into You actress booted Long from her  four-bedroom Hollywood Hills home in early November.

“Drew really had it with being Justin’s babysitter at home,” a source told the mag. “And it’s not just that he made a mess, it’s his attitude.

“He gets mopey and is a big-time couch potato. She isn’t thrilled about seeing this side of him.

“Drew hadn’t figured Justin to be a slob, but he started acting like a frat boy and left his stuff all over the place and never straightened up after himself.

“It drove her nuts!

“She gently told Justin that things would be better between them if he moved back to his own place.

“Then it would be special when they’re together — they wouldn’t feel like an old married couple.

“It was really the wake up call Justin needed. He knows Drew’s a great girl. He’s going to do everything he can to make her happy.”

The couple — currently in New York filming new movie Going the Distance — reportedly got into a huge public fight over Drew’s determination to turn Justin into a big star.

“Drew’s been pushing Justin way too hard,” one insider told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“She’s determined to transform him into a leading man. But Justin is resisting. And they’re now beginning to clash in a way that is undoing their love.

“They were filming a scene when Drew stopped everything and decided to give Justin some acting suggestions.

“He was not receptive. The discussion escalated – and soon it was getting louder and louder.

“In the end, Justin huffed off to his trailer with Drew trailing behind.

“Once inside, they began yelling at each other!”

Drew Barrymore has once again fueled speculation that she’s back with her former flame Justin Long — after the pair were spotted making out at the Cabin Down Below in NYC’s East Village on July 9.

“They were groping each other and making out in the middle of the bar!” an eyewitness told America’s Life & Style magazine. “They couldn’t have cared less if there were other people in the room.”

Justin, dressed in skinny jeans and a blazer, was never far from Drew (who was clad in a long sparkly dress and boots) the entire night. “He held her hand or had his arm around her constantly,” the eyewitness adds. “They make an adorable couple, and they seem totally in love!”

Barrymore, 34, has described Long as “the most compassionate person I’ve ever met.”

The pair officially split in July of last year, but have been linked repeatedly since.

They’re due to star together in new movie Going The Distance. In the flick, which hits theaters in 2011, the duo play long-distance lovers.
