KIM Kardashian is setting the record straight on Star magazine’s claims she got surgery to make her nose and lips smaller.

“Star Magazine is saying I had plastic surgery to make my nose and lips smaller!” the Keeping up With The Kardashians reality TV star wrote on her website Thursday. “Why would someone want smaller lips?! LOL.

“In the first photo I am about 15 lbs heavier than the second photo! Your face always looks different when you lose weight, plus with the contouring on my nose it gives the illusion of a thinner nose. I actually think my nose looks smaller in the first pic than it does in the second. It’s ridiculous… it’s all about the makeup and the angle from which the photo was taken!

“It’s no secret I contour my nose now to make the bump go away! I guess it’s a compliment to my makeup artist that he does such a good job contouring my nose that it appears smaller. But hey, Star mag thinks it looks smaller… yay! My dream come true, hahaha!

“Stories like this are so funny! I love that there’s a Dr who I’ve never even met giving his ‘professional’ opinion on my face!”

KIM Kardashian admits she and her siblings found it difficult to deal with when her pregnant sister Kourtney rekindled her romance with baby daddy Scott Disick.

“When Scott came back into our lives, it was like Kourtney was asking us to forgive and forget everything she’d said about him,” Kim told Life & Style magazine in a new interview. “We were really confused. We had to readjust our feelings about him, and sometimes we had a tough time with it.”

“I think he was just trying to have as much fun as possible before the baby came,” Kim said of Scott’s hard-partying behavior. “All he wanted to do was hang out with his friends. He needed to realize that Kourtney and the baby had to come first.”

“It was hard,” Kourtney admits. “There was so much negative energy. But this is the father of my baby — I needed everyone to just get over it.”

“He just started trying so much harder,” Khloé added of Scott’s attempts to win over the Kardashian clan. “He put the crib together — no one asked him to.

“He’s not a manual labor kind of guy, but for him to put the crib and changing table together meant so much to Kourtney.”

“The tension was really intense for a few months,” Kourtney adds. “But I feel like if that stuff hadn’t happened, things wouldn’t feel as good as they do today.”

Kourtney, 30, is due to give birth around Christmas.

“She used to command $100,000 for club appearances, but now Kim is the hottest girl — and they aren’t friends anymore. The magazines are bidding around $300,000 for Kourtney’s baby-shower and baby pictures. And Khloe’s wedding brought in record ratings for E!

“Paris has realized that standing for excess in a recession doesn’t appeal.

“The Kardashian girls seem more real, and girls identify with them more. She’s got to ditch the pink Bentley and concentrate on developing herself.

“Paris has 15 product lines on sale. She isn’t really a party girl anymore, she is quite settled with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt. She wants more people to appreciate that she’s grown up.”

A rep for Hilton declined to comment, according to The Post.

KIM Kardashian insists her recent reconciliation with beau Reggie Bush wasn’t prompted by her sister Khloe’s wedding to Lamar Odom.

“They are probably thinking because they are so cute and they are such a good couple that we were like, ‘We want to be like them!’” Kim told In Touch Weekly magazine.

Kim admits that Kourtney is “having a hard time” accepting the added pounds of pregnancy.

“Kourtney is going crazy,” Kim, 29, told Us Weekly magazine of her eight-months pregnant sibling. “She feels so big right now. She’s just ready to have the baby.

“I think once you get to that final month, you are just so anxious to have the baby.

“She is anxious to get on the same [diet] plan as us. She sees a definite difference in weight loss from us. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life right now.”

In a recent interview with Life & Style magazine Kourtney said her pregnancy was “meant to be” and she’s nervous about being a good mom.

“It wasn’t something I expected or planned,” she said. “It was just meant to be.”

“My pregnancy has been wonderful,” she adds. “I love being pregnant. I’m excited to be a mom — but I’m nervous.

“I’m totally excited to gain weight, and I’m embracing it.

“I run around naked all day at home! I like that my body is changing. It’s a beautiful thing.”
