DID Gerard Butler really hook up with Jennifer Aniston and Lindsay Lohan?

The Scottish actor — who stars opposite Jamie Foxx in new movie Law Abiding Citizen — says rumors surrounding his personal life are “getting ridiculous”.

Speaking on British TV, Butler said that if he’s so much as seen with another woman, the press assume the pair are dating, “even if I’ve just spoken to them for two seconds.”

“Even if it’s the early stage of you dating somebody, or even just a friend who’s a girl and you go ‘I want to take her down the red carpet’ — it’s not worth the bother,” he said.

“In actual fact, the crazy thing is I’ve had a couple of relationships during this that nobody knew about. Meanwhile they’re speculating about people who I have nothing going on with, so it’s been quite funny to witness this.”

Butler, 40, recently revealed that he almost always falls in love with the wrong girls.

“I don’t know because often I feel that I meet a girl that is unexpected,” he said. “There is no rhyme or reason. I always thought I don’t want a girl who is too crazy, too much for me, and then I meet a girl who is crazy and I go, ‘Wow, she is amazing.’

“But I can’t ever give a definite kind of woman because there are different things in different women I might like. I might like a girl who is gentle and innocent, but then again I might like a woman who is more statuesque and strong and powerful, it’s the polar opposites. It just depends on the moment, on the person, on magic.”

LINDSAY Lohan has a “major crush” on Leonardo Dicaprio, it has been claimed.

Sources close to the Mean Girls star — who recently split from girlfriend Samantha Ronson — say Lindsay has fallen hard and fast for the hunky Titanic actor.

“Lindsay has a major crush on Leo but that’s as far as it goes right now,” dished the insider.

“She knows him, they are friends but that’s it. Lindsay is ready to be more then friends with Leo but he doesn’t see her that way.

“She’s says he’s her perfect man but fears he doesn’t take her seriously.”

LINDSAY Lohan was dating Heath Ledger when he died, her mother has claimed.

Dina Lohan alleges the Mean Girls actress was romantically involved with the Dark Knight star when he died of an accidental drug overdose in January 2008 and has never fully recovered from his death.

“And she was dating Heath when he died? I don’t know if you know that, but I know because I would drop her off and they were friends very, very close, ok?” Dina told Lindsay’s father Michael in a leaked phone call published on Radar Online.

Dina — who is divorced from Michael — fears Lindsay’s reaction to Heath’s tragic death is the cause of her many personal problems and may eventually prompt her to accidentally take her own life.

“When she’s drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking,” Dina said in the 2008 phone call.

“His death f***ed her up.”

When Heath died it was revealed Lindsay had been left crushed by the news and had told friends she loved him.

Meanwhile, Lindsay recently left a friend’s birthday party in tears due to her relationship woes with on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

A fellow partygoer at Los Angeles nightclub Crown Bar said, “She was happy for most of the night chatting with her friends, then the texting and emailing started and she was preoccupied for ages. At one point Lindsay walked to the other side of the club by herself, totally engaged with her phone.

“One second she was smiling and the next second she just flipped out and left really fast. Her emotions are all over the place. Lindsay is a total mess and still going back and forth with Samantha.”

LINDSAY Lohan has a message for her “deadbeat” dad: Get a job!

The actress is furious that Michael Lohan keeps releasing secretly recorded telephone conversations to the media.

“My father knows nothing other than how to sell stories for money instead of getting a real job like normal people do, including myself,” Lindsay said.

LINDSAY Lohan’s assistant is terrified the actress is going to kill herself.

Jenni Muro — who works for the Mean Girls star — spoke of her fears the 23-year-old beauty will take her own life if she doesn’t get the help she needs.

“I am trying to save your daughter’s life every day,” Jenni said in a phone call to Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan.

“She is another mess, she’s no better than she was two years ago and she knows that. If I wasn’t around she would be in grave danger.

“I gave up everything, my boyfriend and my dog and my parents and my new place in LA, everything just so your daughter doesn’t kill herself.”

Jenni also spoke of her concerns about Lindsay relationship with on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson, saying she was obsessed with the DJ but assured Michael that the actress has no other problems with addiction.

“It’s an unhealthy relationship with Samantha because I don’t ever think she knew love before and this is what she thinks it is, maybe it maybe it isn’t, I don’t know but it’s her only addiction right now,” Jenni added.
Michael recently spoke of his fears for his daughter, saying she has an addiction to prescription drugs which he fears will kill her.

“I want my daughter off prescription medication,” he said. “She never needed it in her life… I’m not going to watch my daughter die. Hate me now, but you love me more later because I’m gonna turn her life around.”

Lindsay recently branded Michael a “lunatic”.

“He’s a deadbeat dad. He’s disgusting to do this,” she wrote Thursday morning. “He needs help.”

Lohan says the phone-tape leak, “really hurts my mom for me and my siblings.”

Lohan, 23, then went on to recall the troubled home life and marriage between her father and mother Dina.

“She blames herself for staying w/him for so long,” she says. But Lindsay begged Dina not to leave, she says, because “he always threatened to kill her if she did.”

Her father, she adds, would often disappear for several days — “cheating on my mother” and “abusing substances.”

“I even have to share this w/everyone, but I haven’t had a real relationship w/Michael Sr. In years . . . I just hope I can show others how to be strong through times and to be able to stand up for yourself and loved ones no matter what!” she concluded.

LINDSAY Lohan isn’t filming a reality TV show — despite reports to the contrary.

Sources close to the Mean Girls star say Lohan is followed by cameras because the marketing team for her leggings line are trying to create an “exciting” video.

“Lindsay is not filming a reality show,” the insider told Fox News. “The cameras that she occasionally has with her are for her leggings line.

“The marketing team is creating an exciting video look book of the clothes with Lindsay in the spotlight.

“No reality show is planned and she is not looking for a deal like that. She didn’t want to be a part of Living Lohan when [mom] Dina did it, and nothing has changed.”

LINDSAY Lohan has launched a scathing attack on her estranged father — branding him a “lunatic”.

The Mean Girls star took to her Twitter account at the weekend to slam Michael Lohan after he gave a series of interviews in which he discussed his troubled daughter’s personal life.

“My father is a lunatic & doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me & my family,” wrote Lindsay, who has just finished shooting the thriller Machete opposite Robert DeNiro. “He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars.”

Lindsay, 23, says her 15-year-old sister, Ali, is also concerned about their father’s behavior. “It’s so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, ‘why is daddy doing this?’ Through tears. He’s crossed the lines & hurt me & my family 4 the last time,” she wrote.

Michael recently claimed that US TV show Entertainment Tonight is planning to air taped phone conversations between himself and his ex-wife Dina Lohan, in which they discuss Lindsay’s well-being.

Dina says she and Lindsay plan to prevent the tapes from airing. “We’re going to stop it from airing,” she told People magazine. “He is in violation of my order of protection. My attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter, and a copy of my order of protection I have against him. He is now in violation of my criminal order of protection. He harasses me, and calls my cell phone, which he is not allowed to call.”

LINDSAY Lohan has a costly new addiction: S-H-O-PP-I-N-G, she’s shopping!

The troubled actress was spotted Friday at Intermix in SoHo, New York, on a serious spree.

“She was checking out very expensive boots and kept pointing to things that she wanted,” a source told the New York Daily News.

Later that evening, Lindsay was seen at the opening of Quo Nightclub, but she didn’t touch a drop of alcohol. “She even had the bottles removed from her table,” another source said.

Meanwhile, Lohan says she’s flattered people are still interested in her.

“I don’t notice it,” she told Britain’s Style magazine of the paparazzi attention. “There are times when it drives me nuts, but it’s been going on since I was 13. 10 years. I don’t know if I can change it.

“When I don’t give people opportunities to write something, they make something up. It’s flattering that they are that interested in me. They build you up to take you down.”
