SARAH Jessica Parker has a bizarre confession — she loves the smell of filthy diapers!

The Sex and the City star — who earlier this year welcomed twins via a surrogate — says she enjoys every aspect of motherhood.

“I love the smell of diapers — I even like when they’re wet and you smell them all warm liked a baked good. I love the smell of Balmex. Love it,” she said.

Parker, 44, also revealed her seven-year-old son James demanded to have a say in naming his sister Loretta — whose first name is actually Marion.

“He told me he really wanted Marion to be in the mix.,” she said. “We thought, ‘Are we crazy? Do we let our son name one of the girls? Is that the right thing to do? Is it important for him?’ And then he goes, ‘And I want it legal.’”

Sarah and her husband, actor Matthew Broderick, faced criticism this summer when it was revealed they were expecting twins through a surrogate.

But Sarah insists they had tried to extend their brood in other ways first.

“I knew there would be lots of opinions about, ‘Well, why didn’t you adopt? Why didn’t you do this? Why didn’t you do that?’ and the truth of the matter is, it wasn’t one or the other for us,” she said. “We had explored, and continue to explore all options, and this one just happened first. This isn’t the period at the end of the sentence.”

Despite adoring her family, the actress admits she is worried her babies won’t like her when they are older and is concerned their feet will be too big for her huge collection of designer shoes.

“I have a fear that they’re not going to like me,” she said.

“The only tragedy would be if their feet are bigger than mine.”

Sarah Jessica Parker has shot down claims her marriage to Matthew Broderick is on the rocks — insisting they are “very” happy.

Previous reports had claimed the couple — who welcomed twins via surrogate earlier this year — were on the brink of divorce, with Parker desperately trying to save the relationship in a bid to hold on to her vast fortune.

But the Sex and The City star is adamant she and Broderick will still be married in 25 years time.

“I’m very happy,” she said. “We’re the everyman. We’re just doing the best we can. Come back and check with me in 25 years and see who I’m married to. It will still be him.”

“We’ve been trying to expand our family for a number of years and we actually have explored a variety of ways of doing so,” Sarah, 44, said of her decision to have twins via a surrogate.

“This was one of the things we discussed with seriousness that had real possibilities for us.”

Don’t believe the hype!

Sources on the New York City set of the Sex and the City movie sequel have shot down claims its stars are at war with each other.

Recent reports said Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker had been arguing non-stop and that the feud was threatening the future of the eagerly-awaited movie.

“While the cast is all smiles on the outside, the level of dislike is unbelievable. No-one is having a good time on this shoot,” a source said.

But a rep for SJP insists the claims are “false on every level”.

“The camaraderie on the set is super tight,” a source added. Really good.”

It was also claimed that Sarah — who plays Carrie Bradshaw — was finding it hard juggling her filming schedule with the demands of her six-year-old son James and baby twin daughters Marion and Tabitha, who were born via a surrogate in June.

These claims have also been debunked.

“It’s important for [Parker] to be a hands-on mum and now it’s being twisted against her?” the source said. “She has what’s an appropriate and responsible [amount of help]. It also doesn’t cause any issues with her professional duties.”

The actress — who is currently filming Sex And The City 2 in New York City — is apparently struggling to juggle her career with being a wife and a mother.

“She and Matthew are living in separate areas of their house,” a source told Britain’s Now magazine. “With feeding the kids, Sarah’s only getting two hours’ sleep a night and turns up on set looking exhausted.

“Matthew feels he’s playing mum and dad while she’s working, but she feels he’s not supportive enough. It’s creating a real divide.

“Sarah feels she’s losing her looks. She thinks she looks like an old granny in recent pics, so she’s been working out even more. If she’s not careful, she’ll end up looking like Madonna.”

Fans began bombarding the set as early as 7 a.m. on the first day of shooting, forcing producers to hire extra guards.

“They looked more like they were protecting the President than Sarah Jessica Parker,”  an onlooker told the New York Daily News.  “At one point, teenage girls were practically trampling each other trying to get to Sarah Jessica as she was walking back to her trailer, but her security team was shoving everyone out of the way.”

When Sarah saw what her guards were doing, she begged them not to “hurt her fans.”

“She looked upset and extremely concerned. The guards were getting pretty rough,” the onlooker added.

“The fans were just too much. Security looked legitimately concerned for Sarah’s safety.”

The girls are back in town!

Sarah Jessica Parker was snapped shooting her scenes for the eagerly-awaited Sex and the City movie sequel Tuesday morning.

Parker — wearing a white dress from the Halston Heritage line, sky high gold Christian Louboutin heels and a Chanel clutch — was the first star on set.

Sarah, 44, shot several takes of a scene in which she leaves the luxe New York City apartment building she and Big (played by Chris Noth) bought and sold in the first film.

“She comes out as Carrie Bradshaw, puts on her sunglasses, looks around and starts walking,” the onlooker told Us Weekly. “She looks pretty happy to be back at work.”

The other stars — Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis — were not on set.

Sex And The City stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall have started arguing — already!

Sarah — who recently became a mom again after a surrogate gave birth to her two daughters — has reportedly told Kim, 52, she’s “too busy” to comfort her following the actress’ recent split from boyfriend Alan Wyse.

“Sarah is too busy to comfort Kim or worry about her problems at the moment, and she basically told her as much,” dished a source. “Kim has been moping around, feeling sorry for herself and Sarah basically told her to snap out of it and buck up her ideas. Kim didn’t take this too well and there is a very frosty atmosphere between the girls right now.

“They only speak to each other when absolutely necessary. The film producers are hoping this row doesn’t escalate and threaten the entire movie.

“Both actresses are professional but they are two very different people.”
