“He has a two-packet-a-day problem or habit — it’s his comfort food,” said Sinitta, 41.

“He walks round with a packet of cigarettes and a packet of Angel Delight. He will have a bowl of pink Angel Delight at home or even in the back of a limo.

“It’s very 80s and he’s an 80s child.”

Simon Cowell: ‘I’m Not Evil — I’m Just Honest!’

Simon CowellSIMON Cowell insists his reputation as TV’s ‘Mr Nasty’ is undeserved.

The American Idol and X Factor judge says he isn’t evil — he just tells the truth.

The 50-year-old music mogul made the comments after he was interviewed by children on the day of his appointment as the new patron of Children’s Hospices UK.

“I think one of them asked if I wore Y-fronts or boxers or something,” Cowell told BBC Newsbeat. “My favorite question was at the end — ‘Why are you evil?’.

“And the answer, ‘It’s more fun than being nice’. I’ve never honestly considered myself to be nasty. Whatever people think of me genuinely is sort of irrelevant. Judging a talent show is a job, this is the real world.”

“[I wanted to give] a little bit back,” Cowell said of his appointment as the new patron of Children’s Hospices UK. ” Let’s be honest, I’ve got a lot out of what I’ve done basically from support from the public.

“They’ve given me an awful lot. I have a great life, I enjoy my jobs but everything that’s happened to me has happened through public support.”

Paula Abdul: ‘Simon Cowell Loves me!’

Paula AbdulPaula Abdul says Simon Cowell is starting to freak her out — by telling her he loves her!

The former American Idol judge says she is feeling “disturbed” after the 50-year-old music mogul repeatedly expressed his devotion.

“I’ve talked to Simon,” Paula told Fox News. “He misses me, and I know it. I talk to him a lot – he says he loves me and that is really disturbing to me.”

Paula — who left the FOX TV talent show earlier this year after eight seasons — admits she is struggling to come to terms with her decision to quit, but insists she’ll be watching the new series.

“I feel tremendously blessed to have made history with that show,” she said. “I felt like I was a mamma-bear to cubs and I was there to protect them. I’ll miss that but I’ll be rooting on everyone.”

Paula has also dismissed reports of rivalry between her and fellow judge Kara DioGuardi, insisting they are so close they used to live together.

“I literally discovered Kara and believed in her. She lived with me and we became the best roommates, we never fought,” she said.

Simon Cowell: Man in The Mirrors

Simon CowellSimon Cowell was given 179 mirrors for his 50th birthday.

The music mogul — who is known for his vanity — received the items from friends and family for reaching the landmark age today.

According to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, Simon told a friend, “They came in all shapes and sizes — big ones, small ones, full-length ones, even dental ones so I can look at my teeth. A couple of people even bought me magnifying ones to help me inspect my wrinkles.”

However, Simon doesn’t intend to keep the huge haul of mirrors. He is planning to donate most of them to be auctioned to raise money for Battersea Dogs Home — which cares for abandoned or lost cats and dogs in the UK.

Simon celebrated his birthday with a $1.6 million bash at stately home Wrotham Park in Barnet, Hertfordshire, on Saturday night.

The event was a star-studded affair, attended by 400 guests including supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, his fellow X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.

Several of Simon’s ex-girlfriends were also in attendance, including Terri Seymour, Sinitta and Jackie St Clair.

Simon Cowell’s Birthday Bash Leaves His Mother Stunned

Simon CowellSimon Cowell’s mother was left stunned at his 50th birthday party by the sex shows put on for the guests.

The music mogul celebrated reaching the landmark age with a star-studded bash at Wrotham Park in Hertfordshire, England, and entertainment included a raunchy cabaret act involving sex toys.

Julie Cowell, 82, and her priest friend sat there opened mouthed when one entertainer appeared on stage dressed as a woman’s private parts, before pretending to use an assortment of aids.

Simon’s friend and publicist Max Clifford told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper, “It was a brilliant party, some parts of it had an outrageously camp theme.

“The funniest thing was seeing Simon trying to explain to his mum, who was there with a priest and some of her friends from church. She asked what it was and he told her it was a sideways mouth and a toothbrush but it was very suggestive and it was very clear what it was supposed to be.”

Other guests at the $2 million bash included Kate Moss, Simon’s X Factor judges Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue and his ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour.
Revellers were treated to a lavish meal and $380,000 was spent on wine.

Instead of presents, Simon asked his family and friends to donate money to children’s hospice charity Chase.

Susan Boyle Snubs Simon Cowell’s Birthday Bash

Susan BoyleSusan Boyle snubbed Simon Cowell’s lavish 50th birthday bash because she was too busy with her family in Scotland, according to reports.

Guests including Jennifer Lopez, Naomi Campbell, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, Leona Lewis, Gordon and Tana Ramsay and Paula Abdul all turned up to Wrotham Park, Hertfordshire, England, to help the music mogul celebrate his milestone birthday.

But Boyle — who shot to fame on Simon’s UK TV show Britain’s Got Talent — couldn’t attend, leaving Simon furious!

Meanwhile, Cowell’s best friend, and former flame, Sinitta, has revealed the party — which reportedly cost a cool $2m — is Simon’s one and only huge celebration.

“He said it was the first and last party he’d have to celebrate a birthday,” Sinitta told Britain’s Sunday Mirror newspaper. “He really hates fuss.

“It’s daunting for him. He really does hate being the center of attention. When he’s on the X Factor it’s a stage persona but off screen he’s a people watcher.

“He loves sitting back and knowing his friends are having a good time. But he hates people making a fuss over him.”

Leona Lewis to Sing at Simon Cowell’s Birthday Party

Leona LewisLeona Lewis has been lined up to sing at Simon Cowell’s 50 birthday party on Saturday.

Leona — who shot to fame on Cowell’s UK TV show The X Factor in 2006 — will perform in front of 350 guests at the $500,000 bash in a Hertfordshire mansion.

Although Cowell is splashing the cash on his party, he doesn’t want hi guests to splash out on him.

“Simon has made it clear he doesn’t want presents. He’s worried X Factor judges Dannii Minogue, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh will start competing to see who can get him the most lavish gift,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.

“He’s a very wealthy man already and just wants to make sure his nearest and dearest have a brilliant night.”

One guest that like won’t be attending the bash is Simon’s former fellow American Idol judge Paula Abdul.

“So bummed! I might not be able to go to Simon’s B-day after all,” Abdul recently wrote on her Twitter page. “Waiting on the Dr to see if I’ll get over this flu in time. Even had a funny surprise in store for him.”

Simon Cowell is Feeling Lucky

Simon CowellSimon Cowell says his career success is down to “being extraordinarily lucky”.

The American Idol judge — who is worth at least $200m — is set to celebrate his 50th birthday on Saturday.

“What is there to be excited about turning 50?” Cowell told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper.

“Can’t we just pretend it is not going to happen?

“Seriously, I feel exactly the same now turning 50 as I did when I was 40 or 30. I am enjoying myself.”

“I happen to think that I am just extraordinarily lucky,” Cowell said of his biggest achievement.

“I am doing something that I am passionate about and that I enjoy doing.”

Cowell says he doesn’t want people buying him gifts for his birthday.

“There are a couple of charities I am involved with that would appreciate a donation,” he said.

“But please, no presents from anyone.”
