Madonna’s husband, Guy Ritchie, has bought the pop superstar a $20,000 ice pick-style dagger.
The ‘Snatch’ director splashed out on the bizarre gift — designed by Mick Jagger’s daughter Jade — to mark the launch of the Material Girl’s new album Hard Candy and celebrate her No1 single 4 Minutes.
A source said: “Madge already has a limited-edition Jade Jagger dagger. Guy thought it would go with the other one — which cost $200,000 and is a one-off.” (more…)

British moviemaker Guy Ritchie has launched a scathing attack on wealthy foreigners — accusing them of flooding the property market with “new money”.
The Snatch director — whose American wife Madonna owns six properties in London plus a country estate — has complained that English “natives” are being priced out of the city.

Madonna’s father-in-law has hinted that her marriage to Guy Ritchie is on the rocks.
Reports at the weekend claimed that the ‘Material Girl’ singer was set to move to New York, while Ritchie remained in London. These reports where then dashed by Madonna’s rep, who said: “I am delighted to confirm that Mr and Mrs Guy Ritchie remain happily married.

Madonna’s rep has hit out at reports the singer’s marriage to film director Guy Ritchie is on the rocks.
It was claimed that the ‘Material Girl’ singer was set to relocate to New York with her children Lourdes, 11, Rocco 7, and two-year-old David Banda — while Richie, 39, remained in London.

Guy Richie signed up to direct a series of “mini movies” for sports brand Nike - and they’ve asked if he can recruit wife Madonna to take part as well.
A source said: “Nike have commissioned Guy to put together some really cool feature-length adverts to last the entire commercial break.
“His brief is to make miniature movies with Nike gear as the star of the adverts. That’s unless he can rope Madonna in to add her presence to the campaign.” (more…)

Guy Ritchie’s new movie has flopped at the US box office, according to reports.
Crime thriller Revolver - which was released in the UK in 2005 - was re-edited before it hit screens in America earlier this month.

Guy Ritchie changed his film on Madonna’s orders
Director Guy Ritchie has revealed he changed his film ‘Revolver’ after his wife Madonna ordered him to.
The ‘Snatch’ director revealed his superstar wife had a lot of input in the final cut of the film.
Speaking at a VIP screening of ‘Revolver’ on Friday, Guy said: “We made it shorter and tried to make it simpler. Funnily enough, we took out the bits that my wife recommended we take out the first time she saw it!” (more…)
