Shavaughn McKenzie has been said to have been following around Kendall Jenner for some time, and the last draw was when he started walking up her driveway in August of this year.

Well, according to the judge in the case, he seemed to feel that the man was not stalking, rather trespassing, and was charged as so.

Lawyers in the case believe the man will get some sort of probation.

Kendall has described the incident with McKenzie as petrifying, telling the press: “I’ve never been so scared in my life.”

McKenzie has been ordered to stay 100+ yards away from Kendall at all times for the next 5 years, at which point Kendall will have the option to extend the order.

The entire Kardashian family has been ramping up their security big time, including sister Kim Kardashian after her robbery in Paris.

We have talked with our Kardashian insider, and she is telling us that Kendall was very disappointed in the judges decision, after her attorneys have shown with no doubt that the guy has been stalking her big time.
