Lily Allen Dating Dustin Hoffman's Son?

British pop star LILY ALLEN has sparked rumors she is dating the son of Hollywood actor DUSTIN HOFFMAN.

The Smile singer - who recently split from Chemical Brother star Ed Simons - was spotted spending time with wannabe film director Max Hoffman during the Cannes International Film Festival in France last month (May08).

But Britain's the Daily Star Sunday is reporting that the pair have struck up a relationship and plan on meeting up as soon as Hoffman next visits her native U.K.

A source tells the publication, "Max and Lily were at this VIP bash and she started chatting him up. He thought she was a lovely, cute girl, but didn't have a clue who she was.

"They sneaked off and had some private time together but I don't think it went as far as either of them wanted it to.

"Max was gutted she was leaving for London the next day. They swapped numbers and have been in constant touch ever since."
