Jones Has High Hopes For Led Zeppelin DVD Release

Legendary rockers LED ZEPPELIN want to release a DVD of their reunion gig last December (07) to commemorate the "special occasion".

The Stairway to Heaven stars came together for a one-off charity concert at London's O2 Arena to pay tribute to late music mogul Ahmet Ertegun.

The gig was filmed and rumours that a DVD would be released have been circulating ever since.

And now bassist John Paul Jones has hinted that a full release looks likely - although there is no release date just yet.

When asked about the status of the DVD, Jones replied, "Yeah, I should think one day the DVD will come out, but there is no hurry to do it.

"It was a special occasion you know, and we really wanted that just to be it, really."
