Idol's Studdard To Wed Within 30 Days

AMERICAN IDOL heavyweight RUBEN STUDDARD is set to wed after obtaining a marriage license in Alabama.

The singer and fiancee Surata Zuri McCants, 30, arrived at Shelby County Probate Office in Studdard's native Birmingham on Monday morning (23Jun08).

There are no details about when Studdard, 29, and McCants will wed but an Alabama marriage license is valid for 30 days.
