Theron Is Grounded By Townsend

Hollywood beauty CHARLIZE THERON is pleased STUART TOWNSEND doesn't pay her too many compliments - because it keeps her grounded.

The actress, 32, admits her lover refuses to give her too much praise - even after winning an Oscar for her role in the 2004 movie Monster.

She recalls, "The morning after the Oscars, I said to Stuart, 'Breakfast!' And he said to me, 'Get up! I'm not making you breakfast just because you've won an Academy Award!'"

She adds, "Stuart is down to earth and he knows what's important in life."
