McLaren Slams 'Sell Out' Sex Pistols

By WENN, June 27 2008

Former SEX PISTOLS manager MALCOLM McLAREN has mocked the band's recent comeback performance in Las Vegas, accusing the band of selling out.

The legendary punk rockers stopped off at Sin City's Hard Rock Hotel for the sole U.S. gig of their current summer tour, and McLaren, who helped to create the act, was disgusted.

He tells the New York Daily News, "There is something strange about Johnny Rotten condemning the fascist regime in Vegas. But rock stars want to go on forever, even if they have to hobble onstage with a wooden leg."
