British model AGYNESS DEYN has found love with THE STROKES star ALBERT HAMMOND JR., according to reports.

The new couple was spotted strolling hand in hand in New York recently, and friends insist they're an item.

One source tells Us Weekly magazine, "They've been dating for about four weeks."
