England Soccer Team To Blame For Oasis Album Delay

OASIS are blaming England's national soccer team for delaying the release of their new album - because the band took time off to cheer on the squad in the recent Euro 2008 tournament.

Unfortunately the band's home team failed to qualify for the championship, leaving the group with nothing to do for the summer.

Noel Gallagher explains, "We decided to keep June, July and August free to support England in the European Championship, and of course look what f**king happened."
