No Party For Winehouse's Husband

AMY WINEHOUSE has denied she is planning a welcome home party for her jailed husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL - because she doesn't want to "tempt fate".

Fielder-Civil will be sentenced on Monday (21Jul08) after pleading guilty to perverting the course of justice and causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) in relation to an attack on a pub landlord in June 2006. He has been held on remand at London's Pentonville Prison since November (07) and his wife is convinced that he will receive a lenient sentence and walk free following the hearing.

The Back To Black hitmaker was rumoured to be planning a lavish celebration to mark Fielder-Civil's return - but the star's representative insists she is not planning a party, in case she jinxes the outcome.

The spokesperson tells British newspaper the Daily Star, "They don't want to tempt fate. Nothing is definite yet. It's not like they've planned a huge party, but Amy plans to be at court to support him."
