Crawford's Husband Hit With 'Sky' Lawsuit
Supermodel CINDY CRAWFORD's husband has been hit with a lawsuit from a hotel management group over his use of the word 'sky'.
Restaurateur Rande Gerbe is reported to have signed a contract with Morgans Hotel Group - the company that owns Hollywood hotspot Skybar, once managed by Gerbe - forbidding him from incorporating 'sky' into any of his future ventures.
However, executives at the firm have now filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing him of breaking the deal by designing a new in-flight cocktail menu for Delta Airlines - titled Midnight Sky.
Gerbe has responded by claiming he had no control over the naming of the new range by Delta.
Lawyers for Morgans Hotel Group are seeking $500,000 (GBP250,000) in damages for breach of contract and unjust enrichment, according to TMZ.com.
