Co-stars 'Delighted' By Romijn Pregnancy

REBECCA ROMIJN's UGLY BETTY co-star BECKI NEWTON is delighted the actress is pregnant with twins - insisting she is "really, really happy" for her.

Romijn announced on Monday (28Jul08) that she is expecting twins with actor husband Jerry O'Connell.

And Newton admits that most of the cast of the hit show had already been told the exciting news.

She tells Usweekly.com, "I love the idea of a couple like that having babies! It's so great. We're really, really happy for them. They're great people! The babies will be stand-up comedians!"

Fellow Ugly Betty star Ana Ortiz has also congratulated the actress.

She adds, "She is so happy - she is going to be such a great mom! She's a kid herself, and so is Jerry. Those kids are the luckiest people. I can't wait to meet them!"
