Marc Jacobs Weds In Paris?

LATEST: Fashion designer MARC JACOBS has reportedly married his Brazilian boyfriend in a civil ceremony in Paris, France.

Jacobs is said to have exchanged vows with advertising executive Lorenzo Martone in a Civil Solidarity Pact on Sunday (27Jul08). The pacts were instituted in France in 1999, but are not legally binding.

A source tells the New York Post's PageSix, "He (Jacobs) is totally excited. He said he's head-over-heels in love with Lorenzo. His life is coming together now."

However, contradicting reports have surfaced online, with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton claiming the couple has not wed.

Another insider tells Hilton the gay couple is "very happy" together but have yet to marry.

A representative for Jacobs was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press.
