Greek Star Foster Charged After Arrest

LATEST: Actor SCOTT MICHAEL FOSTER has been charged with two misdemeanours for driving under the influence (DUI) following his arrest last week (21Jul08).

The 23-year-old star of U.S. comedy drama Greek was taken into police custody in Hollywood last Monday morning after cops noticed he was intoxicated during a routine traffic stop. After taking a breathalyser test, Foster was found to have a blood alcohol level above the legal limit of 0.08 per cent, reports E! online.

He was formerly cited on Tuesday (29Jul08) and is due in court to face the charges on 11 August (08).
