Britney Spears won't seek an extension on a restraining order against her former manager Sam Lutfi, her lawyers announced on Wednesday.

The Toxic star's family was granted an extension on a restraining order against Lutfi by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge in a hearing in April, which meant Lutfi was required to stay 250 yards from the star and her homes at all times.

And, just a day before the order was slated to be reviewed at a Los Angeles court on Thursday, Spears' legal team have confirmed they will not be asking the judge to extend the order again.

But that does not mean the superstar wants Lutfi back in her life, Spears' lawyers were quick to add.

In an official statement, Spears' lawyer Samuel D. Ingham says, "Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama 'Sam' Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future."

The pop singer's father, Jamie, has decided against the order extension, as his role as conservator of Spears' estate enables him to decide who sees his famous daughter, according to reports.

He will attend court on Thursday to review whether the conservatorship of his daughter's personal life and finances should continue. He has held control of her estate since February.
