Jay-Z's Sin City 40/40 Club To Close?

Hip-hop mogul JAY-Z is reportedly looking to sell his 40/40 sports bar in Las Vegas because the club has allegedly failed to make any profit since its grand opening late last year (07).

The rapper - real name Shawn Carter - launched the Sin City venture, part of his 40/40 chain, in December (07).

But according to website MediaTakeOut.com, the club's investors are losing patience with the lack of money rolling in, and want to pull out from the deal altogether.

The star's 40/40 chain has been hit with a bout of bad publicity in recent months, with staff at the New York branch accusing the managers of pay discrepancies.
