R. Kelly Upset By False Advertising

R+B star R. KELLY is suing two Los Angeles nightclub promoters for using his name to market an event without his permission.

The singer/songwriter has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming promoters for Sugar nightclub told party people he would host a recent event.

Kelly insists this constitutes "falsely advertising" - because he knew nothing about the party.
