Hamilton Sweetens The Deal On His New Home

Actor GEORGE HAMILTON sweetened the deal on his new California home, by convincing his real-estate agent to toss in a year's worth of cookies with his purchase.

The soap star has purchased a luxury condominium in Los Angeles - but only after insisting on the odd added extra, reports TMZ.com.

The site claims that after discovering the wife of his real-estate agent owned a local bakery, Hamilton demanded he receive a dozen cookies every month for a year before closing on the home.
