Ronson Defends Her Brother In Gallagher Feud

SAMANTHA RONSON has come out in defence of her brother MARK in his ongoing feud with OASIS star NOEL GALLAGHER - insisting the rocker should "stop dissing people".

Gallagher recently slammed Grammy-winner Ronson for covering other artists' songs - telling him to write his own tracks.

The comments infuriated the producer, who responded by teasing that he was taking guitar lessons from Jay-Z - who has also been at the centre of a high-profile row with Gallagher.

And now his younger sibling, DJ Samantha Ronson, has spoken out about the feud - calling on the British musician to stop taking aim at her brother.

She writes on her MySpace.com blog, "He should stop focusing his energy on dissing people and go back to ripping off Beatles songs.... far more productive...... jealousy is really unbecoming! Lay off my brother."

Gallagher hit the headlines earlier this year (08) after claiming rapper Jay-Z had no place at U.K. rock festival Glastonbury.
