KATE HUDSON refuses to walk away from ex-husband CHRIS ROBINSON, admitting the former couple still live together in California.

The free-spirited actress, who has reportedly dated Lance Armstrong and Owen Wilson since splitting from the rocker, admits she and her ex have "figured it out", and they're happiest when they're together.

Hudson, who shares a son, Ryder, with Robinson, tells Cosmopolitan magazine, "We're still basically living together. We've figured it out. I mean, obviously, nothing's perfect... (Our divorce) is the best thing that ever happened to us."

The couple split in 2006 after six years of marriage.
