According to a new report, trust is still a huge problem in the couple’s relationship, but there is hope that they can resolve their issues.

After Kristen cheated on Rober, the pair broke up for a short period, but ultimately reconciled. Although their relationship has been going well, it seems there are still some issues.

Relationship expert Dr. Phil Dembo told HollywoodLife that Rob and Kristen’s relationship is on the rocks, because Rob still doesn’t trust Kristen.

“When there is a betrayal in a relationship, everything changes. The love may be there, as it apparently is between Rob and Kristen (which brought them back together), but the trust has been broken,” explains Dr. Dembo.

“Love may be the engine that drives a relationship, but trust are your tires that keep it a smooth ride. The Rob/Kristen relationship has experienced a flat tire, and Rob doesn’t trust that the ‘patchwork’ may be strong enough not to have another blow out.

“Don’t settle on patching the tire, and find a way to install a brand new set of really strong tires to roll smoothly on,” he explains. “In other words, build trust and attend to it with the level of effort and energy that you haven’t before.

“Its not enough to say I am sorry. Kristen needs to show the trust, and talk about how the affair has affected Rob and their relationship. To truly mend, we must take ownership of what we have done and who we plan to be moving forward.

“Most relationships with this kind of public betrayal have difficulty regaining its old swagger, and are at risk of not surviving the original breach of trust.”

“People are acting like he’s about to get up and leave her high and dry. That ain’t true.

“If he goes on tour it’s because he’s got a career and wants to make music, money and provide for his family. Kim wouldn’t have it any other way.

“Kanye is crazy about Kim and his new family, and he can’t wait until his baby gets here.

“Trust me, he will make sure Kim and the baby and her family got access to jets, boats, trains, whatever it takes so that they’re connected.”

Diane, 67, has been on a roll of late. Ratings are up for her ABC World News, and her April 30 inter­view with Amanda Knox — the American beauty imprisoned in Italy for four years — was a bona fide blockbuster.

Despite Diane’s recent triumphs, “the network realizes she has been working at a furious pace and cannot keep it up forever,” revealed an insider.

“The idea is to have her do all the celebrity interviews for The View and for Barbara’s annual Ten Most Fasci­nating People.

“Now all systems are go for Diane to take over for Barbara,” said the source.

“Seeing how the two have been feuding for decades, it’s going to be sweet revenge for Diane!”

The singer is facing criticism for allow­ing her 6-year-old son Jayden to play with a large toy gun.

A not-for-profit, gun-control group is outraged after the youngster was photographed aggressively pointing the toy weapon at people during the family’s May 4 stay at the Four Seasons hotel in Westlake Village, Calif.

“As parents it is our responsibility to set a good example for our children, and as a celebrity parent it is es­pecially important,” declared mother-of-five Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.

“Jayden was pho­tographed not just playing with any toy gun. It looks like an assault weapon.”

What’s especially shocking, says Watts, is that the incident occurred with the memory of the Sandy Hook El­ementary School massacre – which took 26 lives this past Dec. 14 – still fresh in the minds of grieving Ameri­cans.

“It is very dis­appointing to see Britney allowing her young son to play with such a violent toy,” fumed Watts.

However, a source close to Spears has spoken out to defend the star.

“Britney’s been justly criticized for some lapses in judgment as a mother, like driv­ing around with­out securing her kid in a car seat. But if letting a boy play with a toy gun is bad mother­ing, there must be millions and mil­lions of bad mothers in America.”

If Kourtney doesn’t comply, she could potentially lose custody of Mason!

According to HollywoodLife, when Kourtney gave birth to Mason Disick on December 14, 2009, she reportedly didn’t know who Mason’s father was. Ten months before Mason’s birth, Kourtney and Scott Disick broke up, and she allegedly had unprotected sex with model Michael Girgenti. Kourt’s former lover is now threatening to take her to court for a DNA test, because he believes he is the father.

A California lawyer says that if Kourtney refuses the test, the judge can technically give Michael custody of Mason.

“It is theoretically possible that if she declines the judge could rule against her and grant Michael paternity and the rights that go along with that,” said the lawyer.

“Shockingly, California Law permits anyone that alleges that they are the father of a child to sue for paternity. The court is required to order the genetic testing and if a party refuses to submit to the test, the court may automatically grant the other party paternity.

“That means that if Kourtney refuses to submit to genetic testing, the court could find Michael is the father and would award him visitation rights and he would have to option to sue for custody.

If Michael does sue Kourtney, she will be required to submit to DNA testing.

“The family code in the state of California in any court preceding in which paternity is a relevant fact states that the court shall order the mother, child, and alleged father to submit to genetic testing.

“If either party refuses to submit to the test, the court may resolve the question of paternity against that party, or enforce the order compelling that person to submit to genetic test. It only takes a swab of saliva so likely the will simply enforce genetic testing for all three parties.”
