Kelly Preston Leaves John Travolta: Report

KELLY Preston has walked out on John Travolta.

According to American tabloid the National Enquirer, Preston told friends she has “had enough” following a string of allegations against the Hairspray star of sexual misconduct from a number of male masseurs, and the publication of pictures the star dressed as a woman at a private event in 1997.

“Kelly told me their marriage is over and made it clear that she’s no longer living in the family home,” a source said.

“She’s put up with John’s double life for decades while his behavior remained in the shadows.

“But all this coming out in public has humiliated her. Kelly is absolutely destroyed.”

John and Kelly — who married in 1992 — have children Ella, 12, and 18-month-old Benjamin together.

They also had a 16-year-old son, Jett, who tragically died in January 2009.

WILL Smith admits his kids deal with fame better than he does.

The actor insists young starlets Jaden, 13, and 11-year-old Willow  — his two kids with wife Jada Pinkett Smith — understand the fame game well but he knows they will suffer with things that will hurt their “self-esteem” in the future.

“Do I worry about Willow and Jaden? No, they were born into that world. They’re on the internet all the time, so they know the game. They know where to go, what to say. They’re far more savvy,” he said.

“Of course there are going to be things that are hurtful and self-esteem issues, like we all have, but I grew up in a neighbourhood where I saw a guy get shot and take nine bullets to the chest, so Hollywood is a far safer experience than where I grew up.”

Will, 43, has been spending more time at home recently as he has been working in production rather than in front of the camera, but he admits his family is now ready for him to leave the house.

“Willow’s doing her music and whipping her hair, Jaden’s got a TV show. And daddy’s been sort of producing at home. But everyone’s really ready for daddy to go back to work now,” he said.

Alec Baldwin to Elope

ALEC Baldwin is planning to elope.

According to reports, the actor and his fiancee Hilaria Thomas will tie the knot after the Cannes Film Festival.

Alec is currently in Cannes shooting a documentary in Cannes.

“They’ve been telling people they’ll be spending time in Europe, and there’s speculation they’re going to get married,” a source said.

Alec — who has a 16-year-old daughter Ireland with ex-wife Kim Basinger — recently revealed he was considering having children with Hilaria.

“Have I thought about having more kids? Oh sure, that would be great, that would be heaven, that would be fantastic,” he said.

“As my friend said to me, ‘When you have children, typically in a second marriage, when you’re older and you get married again to a woman who would have children, you must always remember that you make sure the children attend a college where the commencement ceremonies are held in a facility with a wheelchair accessible ramp.’ “

BRAD Pitt threw a bachelor party in Cannes this week.

The actor — who’s engaged to Angelina Jolie — invited pals including P. Diddy and Harvey Weinstein to the gathering after the premiere of his new movie Killing Them Softly at Villa St. George on Tuesday, according to Britain’s Daily Star newspaper.

“Brad was on top form, having a proper knees-up with the boys. It was like a super-sophisticated bachelor party. They were all drinking bottles of $500 Johnnie Walker whiskey and puffing away on cigars,” a source said.

“Guests were driving around the villa grounds on little buggies which came complete with two butlers.

“Film heavyweight Harvey Weinstein was telling everyone, ‘What else are you going to do in Cannes but throw a big party and party hard?’

“P. Diddy raised a glass to Brad over his engagement to Ange and then invited the whole party back to his yacht.”

Jessica Simpson to Marry in December

JESSICA Simpson will be a married woman by the end of the year.

According to a new report, the star — who gave birth to her first child, daughter Maxwell Drew, on May — will marry fiance Eric Johnson this December.

“Jessica and Eric are eyeing the Hawaiian island of Kauai for the reception for around 60 family and friends,” a source said.

“Jessica is busy planning two very important events — Maxwell’s baptism and her wedding to Eric.

“As soon as Jessica heals from the C-section, she is extremely determined to get back in the gym and work out. She wants to show the world and is excited to do it.”

Megan Fox: Pregnant With Daughter?

MEGAN Fox is pregnant with a little girl, it has been claimed.

According to reports, the actress and her husband Brian Austin Green are “beyond thrilled” to have learned they will be having a daughter.

“She’s been helping to raise Brian’s 10-year-old son Kassius for years, and now she’ll have the experience of being mommy to a little girl,” a source said.

“Obviously, Megan and Brian would be happy with a healthy baby of either gender, but they’re beyond thrilled that Kassius is going to have a little sister.

“She’ll be due at the very end of September or the first week in October.

“Megan is attached to a movie called ‘Swindle’, but it’s in rewrites and probably won’t even begin filming until next year. So right now her plate is totally clean, and she can devote herself to her baby.”

Chace Crawford Was a Geek

CHACE Crawford used to be a geek.

The actor admits he wasn’t very fashionable when he was at school, and his awkward look was made worse by his clumsy habits.

“I was a geek. I had braces and wore terrible shell necklaces. Then I went through the blond highlight phase — my mum did it for me. It was terribly American!

“I used to spill a lot of food all over me, that was my kind of thing. It’s not a very good thing to have. It was usually ketchup.

“I went to college orientation day with my parents once, and we ate at a taco place first… When I bit into it, the grease went straight through the grated table.

“It shot out all over my khaki pants. It was gross! My parents got a great laugh, and I had to change my trousers.”

Chace is currently single but admits appearing in pregnancy movie What To Expect When You’re Expecting made him want to have a family — though he thinks he needs to “test” himself with a series of pets before caring for a child.

“Maybe I’ll test my responsibility with a puppy at first. Or I might start out with a hamster, then move up to a ferret, then I’ll get a dog and figure out where I need to go from there,” he said.

“Then I need to find the right girl.”

RYAN Gosling doesn’t want to live with girlfriend Eva Mendes.

The actor apparently refused to move in with Eva, as he wants to take his romance with actress a little slower.

“He says he wants to slow down and not live with her yet. But he doesn’t want to lose her,” a source said.

Recent reports claimed Ryan is a hit with Eva’s mom.

The movie hunk made an impression on his girlfriend’s mother during a dinner at her daughter’s Los Feliz home in early May.

“Eva’s mom was gushing over Ryan,” a source told In Touch Weekly magazine.

“As she was leaving, Eva’s mom was hugging and kissing Ryan. She loves him!

“Ryan is totally head over heels for Eva and he makes her so happy.”

BRUCE Willis knows when to keep his mouth shut.

The actor — who has seven-week-old daughter, Mabel with wife Emma Heming, as well as three grown-up girls, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah with ex-spouse Demi Moore — says being a father has taught him to “resist the urge to speak”.

“Sometimes I have to resist the urge to speak. I learned it from dealing with my kids,” he said.

“That’s my number one rule. It applies in life. But it’s more about being a father. I’d rather hear what they have to say. You learn more by listening… (It) is just a matter of not equating drama with actions that will help them. Teach them to shun drama.”

Bruce, 57, says he’s now very content in his life and he likes spending time with his close friends and family.

“I’m happy,” he said. Actively happy. I eschew turmoil.

“Now I’m fun, just with fewer people. I’m in love with my wife and my kids. I require very little. Friends come over, the kids come over when they can. We eat dinner. And I’m happy to play along with their momentum. I save it for them. This is it. I’m happy. This is how I’m doing. That’s my fun.”

KATY Perry insists she enjoyed her marriage to Russell Brand.

The Peacock hitmaker is adamant she had “fun” with the British comedian and actor, who she split from in December after being married for just 14 months.

Speaking about her new movie Katy Perry: Part Of Me 3D, which documents her time with Russell, Katy said, “Mostly it’s about how I go there and the ride along the way which can be bumpy but mostly it was extremely fun.

“I thought it was important for me. First of all, I thought it was important to show everything in between.  I think sometimes people think that we’re perfect and we know we’re not perfect, at all.

“I think it’s important start breaking down the idea that to achieve your dream you always have to be perfect or flawless or live in some kind of fantasy world. So that’s why I decided to put everything into the film… in the most tasteful way.”
