JAMIE Lynn Spears wasn’t trying to “glamorize teen pregnancy” when she fell pregnant aged 16.

The 20-year-old actress — whose sister is Britney Spears — has hit out at her critics four years after having her daughter, Maddie, with then-boyfriend Casey Aldridge, and she has apologised for “letting down” young girls who idolised her at the time.

She told Glamour magazine: “I was on a Nickelodeon show, and it felt especially embarrassing to ask someone to put me on birth control.

“I did feel responsible for the young girls and the mothers who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn’t trying to glamorize teen pregnancy.”

But the blonde beauty has found it useful to lean on her 30-year-old sister — who has sons Sean Preston, six, and five-year-old Jayden James from her marriage to second husband Kevin Federline — for support while bringing up Maddie.

“[Our bond as mothers], it’s such a big thing, you know?” she added.

“Especially ’cause there’s an age gap there — she’s 10 years older. I think if I were just a normal 20-year-old, I wouldn’t be able to relate as much to her.”

Demi Moore Despondent About Acting Career

DEMI Moore is said to be “despondent” about her acting career.

The 49-year-old star — who was hospitalized last week after she suffered a seizure — is reportedly “very, very unhappy” about the path her acting career has taken in the last 18 months and it is thought she has tried to increase her chances of landing a hit movie role by spending time with her 23-year-old daughter Rumer and her friends.

“Demi is very, very unhappy with her acting career,” a source said.

“Demi is despondent because she feels that her career has stalled. It’s been a very long time since Demi was the marquee star that would open a movie.

“One of the reasons that Demi is obsessed with being young is that she feels if she is seen out with her daughter and Rumer’s friends that might help increase her chances of being offered a role that might go to a younger actress.”

The brunette beauty — who split from husband Ashton Kutcher in November amid speculation he had cheated on her — finished filming her latest movie LOL last year, but insiders believe she doesn’t have “any future projects lined up”.

Following her hospitalization last week, Demi opted to pull out of starring as feminist Gloria Steinem in ‘Lovelace’ – a movie about real-life porn actress Linda Lovelace – and she has since been replaced by Sarah Jessica Parker.

It has also been claimed that Demi has refused to enter rehab, despite being urged by daughters Rumer, Scout, 20, and Tallulah to seek help after she suffered a seizure.

Taylor Momsen Too Busy to Date

TAYLOR Momsen is too busy to date.

The 18-year-old singer-and-actress insists she is currently too involved with her band The Pretty Reckless to find the time to have a boyfriend.

She said: “I’m not seeing anyone, no. I’m completely f***ing submerged in my career and writing. I’m dating my guitar.”

Despite not having time to date, Taylor insists she prefers to be busy – though she admits her schedule has had an impact on her sleeping habits.

In an interview with the UK edition of FHM magazine, she said: “I don’t know what to do when I’m not working. I lose my mind if I’m not constantly doing something.

“I don’t have many days off, nut when I do I don’t like to leave my apartment. I don’t want to go outside. I watch any TiVo shows I have – ‘Entourage’, ‘Californication’ – or I sleep because I never sleep.

“I sleep for about four hours a night, or day really. I go to bed at, like, 9am, sleep for four hours, then get up and start the day again. I don’t mind if that’s not healthy. I love what I do.

“If I had a month off, I wouldn’t know what to do with myself. I’d be writing songs or in the studio because I live for that.”

Amanda Seyfried Won’t go Full Frontal

AMANDA Seyfried would never do full frontal nudity.

The actress’ latest role sees her play infamous porn star Linda Lovelace in a biopic of her life, but but despite the X-rated subject matter she insists she would never go completely naked on the big screen.

Speaking of Linda’s most famous film, ‘Deep Throat’, she said: “What surprised me about it is the amount of pubic hair! I’m pretty sure I would never do a full frontal in a movie – for personal reasons, I wouldn’t really want to show that.”

Amanda also ruled out any similarities between her and Linda, saying in real life she is far from promiscuous and would hate to end up with a guy she wasn’t completely sure about.

She added to America’s Glamour magazine: “I’m terrified of being promiscuous. I don’t like the feeling you get when it’s not something that you truly want to do, and I hate the emotional abuse you give yourself afterwards.

“It’s just uncomfortable when you’re with somebody and you’re like, ‘I don’t really know if I’m even comfortable with this. Why did I? Eww!’”

Amanda, 26, is so picky about her men she has even ruled out dating heartthrob Justin Timberlake, who she starred opposite in ‘In Time’.

She added: “I think any female that meets him at first is like, ‘I want to date you.’ He seems so perfect, but you get to know him, and he’s a good pal.

“He’ll tell you what he really feels. But, you know, he’s really famous, which has its downsides.”

Vanessa Hudgens Liked Drwaing Herself

VANESSA Hudgens has a “mad obsession” with drawing on herself.

The 23-year-old actress was recently pictured with what was believed to be a tattoo on her foot reading, ‘All you need is love’, but she has now admitted the apparent inking was actually “fake” and a result of her love of doodling on her own body.

After being shown a picture of the tattoo in a magazine by chat show host Jay Leno, an embarrassed Vanessa explained, “It’s fake. I have this mad obsession with drawing on myself, like, I cannot help it!

“I draw all over my hands, all over my arms, obviously my foot. It’s just fun. It’s hard to commit to a tattoo, like, I have a few, so, when you write on yourself it’s not that much of a commitment.”

However, the High School Musical star — who is currently dating actor Austin Butler — had a butterfly etched on her neck last year.

She made the decision to have the beautiful insect inscribed on her body because she was named after the creature.

She has previously said: “It was very last minute, but I’ve actually wanted it for years. A butterfly landed on my mom’s stomach a week before I was born and that’s how I got my name, because Vanessa means butterfly – it’s a Latin derivative.”

CHRISTINA Hendricks says marriage has made her more “nurturing”.

The Mad Men actress — who tied the knot with ‘(500) Days of Summer’ actor Geoffrey Arend in October 2009 — admits their relationship changed after they wed because she felt more “connected” to her spouse.

She explained: “I felt more nurturing towards him [when we married], like he’s here forever and I’ve got to make sure he’s healthy and fed and clothed and loved.

“I felt much more connected to him. There’s something about having all your family in a room and announcing it and celebrating it that makes it very real.”

Christina, 36, also admitted she “freaked out” Geoffrey with a passionate declaration of love soon after they started dating.

Asked how soon after they started dating she told him she loved him, the actress told the new issue of Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine: “Not long — and I cracked it out in such a big way.

“I was like, ‘You make me want to have a family.’ I freaked him out a bit… Thank God I didn’t spook him enough to make him leave.”

The British actress plays the role of Sabina Spielrein — who finds sexual gratification in spanking — in the movie about the relationship between Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud and revealed she worked on getting her facial expressions right before showing them to director David Cronenberg on internet phone service Skype.

She told The Sun newspaper: “I asked psychoanalysts about it and they said, ‘Sex and anything like that is trying to release energy, trying to release pent-up emotion’.

“So I worked with that and sat in my bathroom and pulled faces at myself for about two days, trying to figure out what it was going to be.

“Then I got on Skype with David and went, ‘I’ve come up with this’, or, ‘I’ve come up with this’, and he went, ‘That one!’”

While the shoot was intense, especially filming two scenes Keira refers to as “masochistic”, she was able to switch off after work by watching the soccer World Cup.

She said: “People talk about how infamous the post-job blues are and I think a lot of that has to do with re-finding where you are and getting the other thing off.

“You do find you’re suddenly in a mood in the middle of playing something and you think, ‘Is that my mood or is that actually nothing to do with me? Is it this other character that I’ve got living on my shoulder at the moment?’

“That was not the case with this at all. In fact, quite the reverse.”

“At the end of the day we moved on and watched football — the World Cup was on and we had a beer and a really nice time.”

David Beckham: ‘My Naked Days Are Over’

DAVID Beckham‘s “naked days are over”.

The soccer star — who has sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, nine, and six-year-old Cruz and six-month-old daughter Harper with wife Victoria — admits he happily walks around his Los Angeles home in his underwear but thinks stripping would be inappropriate because of his little girl.

He said: “My naked days are over. I definitely walk around the house in my underwear. But not naked. With the boys it’s not a problem because they’re naked all the time but with a little girl now, it is different.”

David,36, released his first collection of male bodywear with fashion chain H&M yesterday, and admitted his youngsters get embarrassed when they see him posing in adverts for it.

Unveiling his collection in London, he added: “They say ‘Oh my God Daddy – not again’. They were like, ‘That’s really good, but everyone’s gonna see you in your pants.’ ”

The hunky sportsman also insisted he has never worn an embarrassing pair of pants and doesn’t believe in “lucky” undergarments.

Asked if anyone had seen him in bad underwear, he said: “Thankfully not. My parents always provided me with nice underwear.

“I never had a lucky pair of underpants.”
