Charlize Theron: 'I Fell in Love With Will Smith'

Charlize Theron says she fell in love with co-star Will Smith on set of their new movie Hancock.
In the comedy Will plays a boozy superhero who has managed to make everyone totally fed up with him.
Then he meets Charlize's married character and the sparks fly. It's the second time the pair have starred together. The first was the 2000 film The Legend of Bagger Vance, when Charlize was still relatively unknown.
Says Theron, "We didn't get the chance to work that much together and yet it took us all of about five minutes to really fall madly in love with each other.
"We just hit it off instantly and were always messing around. There was something about me and him. We're very similar people."
She adds that she and Will have a "brother and sister" relationship that thrives on teasing each other.
"He jokes with me all the time. He goes, 'Charlize, this is going to be a little different for you, because people are actually going to see this movie," she said.
"Then I'm like, 'I know, Will. But you know what, I have a little statue at home called an Academy Award.'"
Charlize, 32, and Will, 39, both have long-term partners. Will is married to Jada Pinkett Smith, while Charlize has been dating Irish actor Stuart Townsend for seven years.
