Amy Winehouse 'Still Loved', Says Ex-backing Dancer

Amy Winehouse is still 'loved' by her fans, the troubled singer's former backing dancer Heshima Thompson has said.
Asked for the latest on Amy, who has suffered a string of health problems after battling drugs, Thompson said, "I feel that she's in good hands - she's in really good hands."
"People come up to me and they just genuinely want to know if she's going to be okay.
"People love her.
"It's amazing that she's got so much support."
Amy's dad last month revealed that the Rehab hitmaker had small traces of the deadly lung disease emphysema and that doctors have warned his daughter that if she continues to smoke drugs she will die.
The condition is a progressive lung condition that leaves those suffering from it struggling for breath. It is caused after damage to the lung structure is caused -- usually after activities such as smoking.
"She's got emphysema -- it's in its early stages, but had it gone on for another month they painted a very vivid picture of her sitting there like an old person with a mask on her face struggling to breathe," Mitch Winehouse said.
