Mariah Carey: 'I Don't Care That I Keep People Waiting'

Mariah Carey says her reputation for keeping everyone waiting doesn't bother her.

The 'Touch My Body' hitmaker -- who got married to actor Nick Cannon in a secret ceremony earlier this year -- says even her husband gets frustrated with her for being so bad at time-keeping.

She explains, "I always run at least half an hour late. I am such a bad timekeeper. I don't know how I always manage to do it but I do.

"I try my best but it doesn't bother me that I can't keep time. Nick has been trying to keep me in check."

Meanwhile, Carey, 38, recently revealed that she used to fantasize about being abducted.

She told America's Elle magazine, "When I was in an unhappy place in my life, I always wanted to be kidnapped.

"I just wanted a way out, but I didn't have one."
