Kelly Osbourne Engaged?

Kelly Osbourne has sparked speculation she's engaged to her 18-year-old boyfriend after she was spotted strolling through the streets of London with a ring on her engagement finger.

The 23-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne has made no secret of her love for model Luke Worrell, and even hinted she wouldn't rule out getting married to him.

Luke recently met Kelly's family, and went down very well with the rock chick's mother and father, who insist he's a very 'nice' boy.

Kelly has complained in the past about the difficulty of finding a suitable boyfriend.

She said last month of him, "We get on so well together. I really do love him.

"Every time we are in each other's company, we always have a good time."
