Amy Winehouse's Husband 'Predicted' Jail Sentence

Amy Winehouse's incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil branded his trial judge "an old b*****d" in a letter claiming he had struck a plea bargain.
Fielder-Civil was yesterday sentenced to 27 months behind bars – exactly the term he predicted to a penpal more than a month ago.
The 26-year-old -- who married the Back To Black star last year -- has been held on remand at London's Pentonville Prison for the past nine months, meaning he has to serve a further 18 months before he is freed.
Blake told pal Melissa Goldstone that he admitted helping to beat up a pub landlord and trying to fix the trial -- but suggested it was only after Judge David Radford signaled a guilty plea would reduce a possible five-year sentence.
In a letter obtained by British newspaper The Sun, he wrote, "I was obviously guilty anyway and thought three to four years would be be a result!
"So anyway my Little Lissy, guess what the old b*****d said my maximum was? . . . are you in suspense yet?. . . 27 months! What do you think of that my delicious baby?"
Melissa, 24, received a string of lurid letters after sending a message of support to Fielder-Civil.
Britain does not have US-style plea bargaining. But lawyers for Fielder-Civil could have asked the judge to take his cooperation into account.
Fielder-Civil's co-defendants Anthony Kelly and Michael Brown, both 25, and James Kennedy, 19, were also jailed for perverting the course of justice. Brown had also pleaded guilty to the assault on King.
Fielder-Civil was supported in court by his mother Georgette; Winehouse was not present for her husband's sentencing, however, she was told of Blake's jail term by a minder at her North London home.
Amy's father Mitch said the sentence was "about what she expected," adding, "Amy's doing well and had prepared herself for him to stay in prison a few months longer."
