Jessica Alba "Loves" Motherhood, Says Pal

Jessica Alba is enjoying motherhood, her pal and Sin City co-star Jaime King reveals.

"She loves [motherhood]," King said, adding that she saw Alba the night she was preparing to go to the hospital to give birth. "I think that pregnancy for her was an amazing experience," she added.

"I am just really happy for her. I am hoping to see her this week."

Jessica, 27, gave birth to Honor Marie -- her first child with husband Cash Warren -- on June 7 in L.A.

And she recently hinted at the type of mother she plans to be.

"I don't want to be my child's best friend," she told Fit Pregnancy magazine. "I want to be a mom. But I do want my child to come to me when they have problems and need to talk, so it's going to be about treading that line."

Alba and Warren (son of actor Michael Warren) became engaged last December. They wed in a secret ceremony on Monday, May 19, 2008 in Los Angeles, California.
