Madonna's Brother 'Held Back Dirt' in Tell-all Book

Madonna's bitter brother Christoper Ciccone says he kept back some of the dirt in his tell-all bock about his famous sister.
Giving another interview to promote the book, Ciccone says that if Living with My Sister Madonna becomes a success, he would write a sequel.
He reveals, "There are plenty of things I left out the book...And things that the lawyers and editors took out."
And, despite reports the Material Girl hitmaker is "physically exhausted" after a battering of bad headlines, Ciccone, 47, says he has enjoyed watching his sister struggle.
He adds, "I will admit to a guilty pleasure in watching her squirm," he says, adding that his own moment in the limelight was "a giant f***ing orgasm."
"Therapy I already had; this was pure sex," he said.
Madonna, 49, has described her brother's tome as "very upsetting", with her agent warning the siblings' relationship was now beyond repair.
The book is believed to include allegations about the pop superstar's husband Guy Ritchie, her relationship with JFK Jr and her alleged interest in having a baby with cross-dressing basketballer Dennis Rodman.
