Selena Gomez Denies Miley Cyrus Feud

Selena Gomez says there's no feud between herself and fellow Disney star Miley Cyrus, insisting the media just want them to "fight".
Speculation the superstar teens were at war with each other reached fever-pitch last week after an old YouTube clip of Cyrus, 15, mocking Gomez, 16, hit the blogs. It surfaced the same week it was reported that Gomez was dating Cyrus' ex Nick Jonas. Cyrus later apologized.
But Gomez says the clip "is just the media wanting something to talk about and wanting us to fight.
"Everywhere you go, you're hearing things that are untrue," she says. "You just got to learn that if I don't say it, physically out of my mouth on camera, it’s not true."
And to prove there's no hard-feelings, Gomez says she picked up "Miley's new CD. I really like her CD."
For now, Gomez is concentrating on being the best role model she can be.
"It's overwhelming ... to know there are hundreds of kids out there that look up to me," she tells US TV show Extra. "I know that's a big responsibility. I am also very confident to say that it is wonderful and I'll do my best that I can do to be the best role model I can be."
