Shia LaBeouf: "I Don't Know How to Have One Drink"

Shia LaBeouf says he struggles to control himself when it comes to alcohol.
Speaking to Details magazine prior to his Sunday arrest for DUI, the Transformers star opened up about his battle with booze.
He said that he and his father, a former heroin addict, "would drink together and smoke together. And it's just a bad deal.
"It's not something that is conducive to being a role model — no iconic actors that I know of have problems like that," LaBeouf added. "And I don't know how to do it like a gentleman. I don't know how to have one drink."
LaBeouf, 22, also spoke about the drunken spat he had in a Chicago Walgreens last November, which lead to him being charged with criminal trespassing; it was later dropped.
"It was two hotheads," LaBeouf said of the incident. "One completely in the wrong, one who wasn't enjoying his job that night, going at it about minuscule bulls--t."
Following Shia's arrest and subsequent hospitalization, which lead to the actor having "extensive" surgery on his hand, LaBeouf's rep says he "plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month."
