Shia LaBeouf Not at Fault For Accident

Shia LaBeouf was not at fault for an early-morning accident in Los Angeles, local authorities have said.
Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore says detectives have determined that the other driver apparently ran a red light, and will be also be cited.
"He was not at fault," Whitmore says.
Transformers star LaBeouf, 22, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after his truck flipped across a road and collided with another vehicle on Sunday, July 27.
The incident allegedly followed a night of heavy drinking at a West Hollywood club with his Transformer 2 co-star Isabel Lucas, who sustained a minor head injury in the accident.
The actor's mom said Monday, "He is doing really well" following "extensive" surgery to his hand.
