Simon Cowell Splits From Terri Seymour?

Simon Cowell has split from long term girlfriend Terri Seymour after becoming "tired" with her insecurities, it has been claimed.

The American Idol judge, 48, is believed to have walked out on Terri, 34, following a blazing row over Terri's increasingly-possessive nature, and he has now ended their six-year relationship.

A close friend of Simon's says, "He told me he is tired of Terri's insecurities. They lead separate lives, and that's how he likes it, but lately she has turned up unannounced at events he is at.

"Just recently, she was meant to be working on a red carpet as part of her presenting job for US TV show Extra. But instead she turned up at a party Simon was at with Ryan Seacrest. Simon wasn't happy and felt like she was checking up on him."

After the altercation, the music mogul jetted off to his St Tropez villa with friends - including his ex-girlfriend Sinitta and his hypnotist pal Paul McKenna - leaving Terri behind, reports Britain's Star magazine.

In April, it was claimed Simon and Terri's relationship was at breaking point due to Simon's reluctance to settle down and start a family.

A source said at the time, "Terri is worn down by Simon's attitude. She feels upset and humiliated every time Simon speaks about his unwillingness to get married or have kids."
