Justin Timberlake: 'Madonna is Bossy'

Justin Timberlake admits that Madonna is bossy.

The 'SexyBack' singer -- who collaborated with the 'Material Girl' hitmaker on her smash hit single '4 Minutes' -- revealed, "She’s definitely specific about what she wants and I can't knock her for that. I respond to that because I'm that way, too.

"It took us just a second to mesh our style, that's all."

He added to Britain's Heat magazine, "We're both strong personalities, some of us stronger than others, and I didn't actually know it at the time. But I actually enjoyed the process of working with her."

Justin, who was previously engaged to Britney Spears and dated Cameron Diaz, has been in a relationship with actress Jessica Biel for over a year and says he's "extremely happy".

He says she's his "ideal woman," describing her as: "5ft 7in, nice butt, Midwestern American, green eyes, big pouty lips, fair skin, ahh…sinewy body."
