Katie Holmes Sparks Pregnancy Rumors

Katie Holmes has sparked rumors she's pregnant with her second child.

The former Dawson's Creek actress -- who has a two-year-old daughter, Suri, with husband Tom Cruise -- was in New York preparing for her Broadway debut when onlookers noticed her rounded stomach.

Katie, sporting a white top and baggy jeans, struggled to conceal her curvier figure as she jumped out of her chauffeur-driven car and headed to rehearsals.

An onlooker says, "She definitely looked pregnant!"

Katie, 29, will will play Ann, a woman who visits the family of her former lover - a missing pilot, in the remake of Arthur Miller’s play All My Sons. The production opens in October.

Holmes recently wrapped filming a guest appearance as a non-profit attorney in one episode of US television drama Eli Stone.
