Nicole Richie to Launch Charity Website

Nicole Richie is set to launch a website for the Richie Madden Children's Foundation, the charity she founded with boyfriend Joel Madden, according to reports.
The former 'Simple Life' star and the Good Charlotte rocker -- who welcomed their first child together earlier this year -- have already been giving to the fund, asking friends to make donations instead of giving gifts to daughter Harlow.
And Nicole, who served 96 hours in jail for driving the wrong way on the freeway under the influence of pot and Vicodin, now wants to help other mothers and children even more.
A source tells the New York Daily News, "She's hired some pretty high-powered consultants to advise her and put it all together.
"The website will be a registry, like for a bridal or shower registry, where low-income women list things they need for their babie.
"More well-off people will then go on and buy stuff for the children."
Richie's publicist and manager didn't return calls for comment.
